I only recently discovered the response Valley Pain Center made to my report of the lack of care associated with my back ablation. Their response would be funny if it weren't so insulting. Apparently their position is that I because I was under sedation , I forced myself past two brawny male anesthesiologists with my pants down around my knees and insisted I run out into the parking lot. Further, when you begged me to pull up my pants, I told you that "I will do that later " and ran out to the parking lot. Saying that patients often can't remember events when sedated. Does that mean that patients under sedation often decide to go out to the parking lot with their pants down around their knees and that's just the standard of care? You also mentioned that no one saw that my pants were around my knees in the parking lot. For that to be true a nurse had to be standing with me when getting into the car. Observing but not getting involved. They just made up this fantastic story to justify how I was treated. So what do I expect can happen? All I want is an apology from whomever was responsible. That would be Dr.Dinesh Chinthagada. After all, he's the boss and hires and manages his staff. Please don't further insult me by saying you're Sorry I feel this way. The problem is NOT my feelings. The problem is that I got pushed out into the parking lot with my pants down around my knees. Rather, "I'm sorry you were treated badly and I will be certain no one else ever is." They use telehealth appt to screen before you make an appointment. This requires numerous contacts and a complete waste of time. It may be an insurance scam. Today I was on Hold for Telehealth and then 12 minutes to make a dr. Appt, and I finally hung up. And when I called back it took 14 minutes to make an appt. they only had two available in July! Dr. Walker the owner and Lisa the Director of Valley Pain Centers clinic seem very passionate and caring about the clinic and it's patients but this review (actually a complaint) mostly about Dr Yuk. And a little about the staff during my visit. I have had long-term pain in mid-upper back for many years. I finally thought with the current medical advances could help with with this pain sight and bodily function.  When Dr. Yuk came into the exam room seem confused and baffled.  He was completely under prepared and took zero time to review my intake forms prior to consultation. He was asking about my blood pressure, etc, questions that did not even come close to the history of my back injury, possible causes, and current treatments.  He did not even do a complete examination as his medical report reflects. However, he did offer to write an RX for a current MRI but with he sense I felt he was lacking in experience to be able to relate to me (and most likely to other pain patients), I decided I decline the RX just as he dismissed my back injury with no empathy our professional medical examination or theories. There is no doubt that Dr. Yuk is highly intelligent and well schooled but I don't think he could tie his own shoe lasses.  It felt like I was his first patient he ever saw and he just flubbed through it while nothing was accomplished. It was embarrassing. I highly recommend anybody who is seeking a medical doctor for Pain Management patient to HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOU NOT TO SEE DR. YUK. Regardless of his medical training and apparent high intelligence I have never seen a doctor act that baffled and clumsy in an exam room in my life.   "I WOULD STRONGLY AGREE TO GET CURRENT IMAGING AND FULLY ACKNOWLEDGE THE IMPORTANCE OF CURRENT IMAGING PRIOR TO TREATMENT". However, he adamantly refused to look at them. They were not even my file although the front desk said he had reviewed prior to the examination. He did not! I mentioned them and had no idea when or what typed of imaging was done. It was a little too old but nothing has changed and it would have giving him great insight prior to getting new imaging. The front office refutes that he read them. They got them in time. The day before around 2:30pm but I know for sure he did not even look at them. I would grade the front office staff a little below the average although very pleasant to speak too. They lack knowledge and or obviously not great or efficient at their work. I am so relieved to have found Valley Pain CENTERS after a miserable experience with Valley Pain CONSULTANTS. In contrast to my experience with Consultants, VP Centers was responsive, efficient, kind, and attentive from the first phone call. Real people answer the phone and actually help. I was shocked that staff seemed to know my name and what I was coming in for in the 2-3 conversations that occurred before my first appointment. I'm sure it's some sort of caller ID system, but it's most welcome after the other experience of being unable to reach a live person, leaving messages both in person and on the phone that are never returned, and the seemingly bored indifference exhibited by virtually every employee I encountered. And Dr Toure Knighton! Wow! He looked at me, listened, offered additional suggestions which could enhance the nerve block I was seeking, a procedure which will take place a week after my first visit to VPCenters. For purposes of comparison, Consultants saw me first July 19 and the earliest possible date for the block? End of October. Don't wast your time at the other place. Go here first. I so appreciate that they have a friendly bilingual staff that makes you feel welcome and at ease when coming in. A week ago it was my first time taking my dad there for his back issues and the staff was really awesome. Dr. Goyle is super cool! Both my dad and I really enjoyed his energy and attentive care. My husband has gone there for three months without one single time did he receive help! The doctor makes excuses for more tests and x-rays and continues to get paid but refuses to relief his pain. The last straw was when he suggested my husband go to a rehab place for drugs when he isn't a addict. Dr. Wong is the worst he has ZERO compassion for his patients and 100% compassion for their money. He shouldn't be a doctor because he has no compassion for humanity! My husband has a serious hip injury and has been in severe excruciating pain while waiting for Dr. Wong to do something. Warning do NOT go there if you need pain relief because they honestly do not care. Dr. excuses I have to cover my butt yes you do but you better make sure I'm the process that you don't falsely accuse someone if something they are not ! Furthermore you need to also ADDRESS your patients needs not talk about them ! Allowing a patient to suffer when they really have a issue that warrants medication is as bad as giving medication to someone who is an addict. This is malpractice at the least and slander and libel. Maybe you should go back to school to learn ethics on caring for patients and how to be human! No one should be Made to suffer when there are available treatments for relief. That is just purely cruel and leading my husband to believe you were going to help him. All the while helping yourself to his money. We're done with you and your clinic ! I hope you get into trouble with the government for the false claims you're making a them. Medicare and United Health Insurance. Stay away if you need help look elsewhere because you'll never find it from this Dr. He has no heart no compassion nothing in him that says I'm human I care. He is not for the patient but himself. I am relatively new to the area. Was having a terrible time finding a doc. After much research I chose this group. So impressed with the staff and Dr. Kush! The people at the front desk are so nice and helpful! He was great. He was very friendly, engaged and helpful. He listened to my symptoms and gave me great advise. I never felt rushed. He reminds me of the docs from the past when they cared, weren't focused on how much money they were going to make and were actually available. I highly recommend him. read more

On February 20, 2015, Julie called with the main objective of trying to get us to reconsider our Yelp review. We told her that what we had stated in our previous review is exactly what had transpired and we would not be adjusting our review. We requested that they send my husband's medical records that day. After another 3 attempts to obtain these records, we finally received them today 3/4/2015. Upon review of the medical records, we noticed that Dr. Moshiri noted that my husband had received monitored anesthesia on 1 of his visits, which is not true. He did all of his procedures without any monitored anesthesia, only with the anesthetizing of the skin. Folks, if for some reason you decide to receive treatment here, make sure you review all of your medical notes and records very carefully. read more

Kudos to Dr Lynn who with his 30 years of experience was able to immediately diagnose & eliminate a chronic neck problem due to a previous injury and a recent concussion. This my second time in 4 years that I've used Valley pain center. Ive been a massage therapist for over twenty years, and it's taken a toll on my elbows. 4 years ago I went though a PRP for my right elbow. 3 plasma injections. Once ever other week for 6 weeks. Orthopedics surgeons wanted to do the Tommy John surgery on my elbow for the torn tendons. It would have taken me out of the massage business for about a year. The PRP has allowed me to keep working and only taking minimal time off after the injections. I have to admit the PRP's are pretty painful. Like a cortisone shot times 10. So I have to say I was quite excited to learn that you can do them under sedation now. It really helps take the edge off. I got a good 3 years of 90% relief from the last round. Mine you, I was still working and abusing my arms. So when it can time to do it again. ( both arms this time) I didn't hesitate to call Valley Pain Center again. I was very pleased that Dr Church was still there. He spends a good about of time and answered all my question. I would highly recommend him. The staff was great too. I didn't bruise at all from any of the IV catheters for the sedation. They are very friendly too. You will need a driver if you choose sedation. But take it from me. It's worth it!!! If you are considering a PRP or any other injections. I would recommend Valley Pain Center, and Dr Church. read more

The front staff on Bell Rd., are friendly and very helpful. However when it comes to patient care from the doctor- not so much. I feel that I am being "looked" at and labeled instead of listened to. I have been waiting for a phone call back from my doctor to get approval for medication refill for a week now. I've left 2 messages. One last Friday and one Monday of this week. I did get a call back Monday from the NA (super nice) saying that dr said we would go over meds when I would be seen- no earlier appointment than the one I set over a month ago- for next week... (but that appointment was set to do a follow up on the procedure she recommended - that she did not perform- and didn't work) I can never be seen within a week or 2 because she is always booked! For meds, They make you sign a contract for opiates. Which none have been rx'd to me- fine, however help me fill me Prescriptions instead of leaving me in pain. I don't wish my pain on anyone however I would like some empathy. Not sympathy- empathy. If they only knew how it felt.... Earlier in the year my doctor couldn't perform my injection because she "doesn't do them." Why didn't she tell me and refer the procedure?. I saw another dr in the office. (He was courteous and informative) so, as of now, I don't like that my dr doesn't take the time to call me about my prescriptions, or help gap between appointments, is short during our appointments, basically doesn't help me thru my pain. Just labels me if I'm some junkie claiming to be in pain looking for pain meds/remedies. read more

I went to Valley Pain Centers for treatment of chronic lower back pain. I had been to many other doctors over the years and did not get much relief. After 2 visits in which I received injections to the affected area(s), I can honestly say that my lower back has not felt this good since I played sports in college a few decades ago. I would recommend Valley Pain Centers to anyone looking for relief from their chronic pain. Additionally, they have a super staff includine their doctors, appointment schedulers and a super billing department run by Dr Walker, a true professional. And of course, if you take my advice and go to Valley Pain Centers you will speak or meet with Juli. Juli is wonderful and waers several hats from what I can tell and she is a super advocate for the patients, making sure they get the care they seek and if you have any issues, she will make sure they are taken care of. I could go on about why you should seek out Valley Pain Centers but I will leave that up to you to judge for yourself. They are sooooo crooked! My insurance company states they are not licensed (ahhhhh!!!). The insurance people have no idea what they are doing. I tried to make an appt with Eric Church MD. My insurance company's website shows him as in network. Valley Pain wanted to check benefits. I gave them the number but instead they kept calling the wrong number and being told that I was unknown to them (had same ins for 15 years!). I finally made a three way call between Valley Pain and my insurance company so they could verify coverage. After all that Valley Pain states they do not contract with any insurance company. So frustrating. They are so inept and when I asked that Dr. Church call me he refused to do so. Do yourselves a favor, find a pain center that will care about you as a patient. read more
