I see Dr. Terry for Chiropractic adjustments. He is also very kind and friendly and gentle which is great when you are in pain. That's not to say he's not effective, I can feel the difference after the adjustment but I also dont feel like I got beat up. Ali, the NP does the pain relief injections and is amazing, very Friendly and listens to every concern. I am grateful for this team and hope to see some pain relief soon.

I have had 4 knee replacements, 3 hip replacements and open heart surgery due to tumor on mitral valve throughout my 61yrs. and now confined to a wheelchair. In 2019 C1-T-4 was fused. My life today is chronic pain 24/7. He installed a pain pump in 2023 for my lower back. It works great!. I took a fall on to the hot burning pavement June 6, 2025. Heard my head hit the ground. I believe it jarred the fusion from 2019. The nerves became rapid fire, pain 24/7. On 6/19 I had a procedure called spinal cord catherization throughout my spine. Within 2hrs my number 10 pain decreased to an 8 by bedtime I was at my bace line of 6. I highly recommend Dr. Castillo's office he is very knowledgeable, listens, and takes the time for you. The pain has always been there. I've had my good days & horrible days. No matter what I did or didn't do, at times it would flare up & there were days I could not even walk. Massages & chiropractic help only went so far (temporary relief). Fast forward to January 2019 I gave birth to my son. That's when I started to reallyyyy feel non stop pain everyday! By sheer accident I came upon Dr Flanagan (& boy was I finally in good hands). From the day I stepped into her office I could tell she was quick to listen & slow to interrupt. She is genuine & very caring. (Not many doctors out there are like her). She does not write off her patients, she doesn't give up, she doesn't rush you out of her office. She is patient when listening to your problem areas. She takes her time to talk to you & makes sure to listen so she can fix the issues needed. She has even called me on a few occasions (outside of her normal office hours, driving home ON HER OWN TIME, to make sure I was taken care of & to make sure all my questions were answered). She makes you feel safe & she answers all & any questions you may have to your level of understanding. She scheduled me for a few different procedures. I'm working with her on trying to fix this back issue. I don't have enough words to express how very happy I truly am with the attention, the compassion, the care & true genuine help I am getting from Dr Flanagan & her nurse Kayla. No compassion in her tone of voice. She informed me that 'she' does not prescribe pain medication, but will give shots and certain procedures. I'm 70 years old and she saw the MRIs showing my severe back and hip problems, and yet, she treated me like I was a waste of her time. When I meet a NP or doctor with such an impatient, snotty and cold attitude, that is a huge red flag for me that this person is insecure about their self and their job. She printed out a list of Pain Centers that 'might' prescribe pain meds and they were very far away from my area. I knew this list was a ridiculous hand-out. I called my insurance company and received a list of MANY pain centers very close to me. The one I'm going to is right around the corner from where I live. I wish I had read the bad reviews before clocking out of work to go there. I was glad to get out of that place and never go back! Update: I just found out by my provider that Jennifer lied to me. She said that my provider didn't want me to be on Tramadol and zolpidem at the same time. My doctor said she never said 'such a thing.' So Jennifer is not only rude and bossy, but I can now add "liar" to her pitiful career.

Everyone there is kind and considerate. I met Vaughn and Dr. Hogan on my first visit and was impressed that they showed an actual interest in my pain. I am always seen in a timely manner, which I find refreshing. Dr. Hogan has performed 3 procedures total on my lower back and cervical spine and I am happy to say I am seeing wonderful results. I am not yet pain free but the pain has been greatly reduced. I have never had problems making appointments and I am pleased when I get call backs asking how I feel after each procedure. I feel this group really cares! I had elected that each procedure be done without sedation and I must say there was no pain during the procedures. That right there wins my vote with this group! Got my appointment scheduled for 8am and showed up 10min early for it. They said because I didn't have their paperwork filled out they couldn't see me and they'd have to reschedule me for next week. I looked at the 26 page paperwork that would probably take me 5 minutes to fill out. Don't get a day off from work usually so I asked if I could fill it out really quick there and they said sure but would have to wait until 1pm to see the next provider. Not to mention there's no seriousness with the ladies behind the desk, as they sit there laughing and joking while they're denying appointments of people who show up 10 min early.
