From the very beginning, Anthony Garcia and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to really listen to our concerns and offered thoughtful suggestions that made a big difference in the final result. They also carefully pointed out existing concrete defects and explained what needed to be repaired, which gave us a lot of confidence in their honesty and expertise. We received around 10 different bids, and Aqua Wolf not only came in at the most reasonable price, but they also delivered what I truly believe is the highest quality workmanship out there. Their transparency with scheduling and timing was excellent--they always showed up when they said they would and kept the project moving efficiently. Anthony and his team also helped guide us through tile selection and pool color choices, which made the process much easier and less stressful. Throughout the entire project, they maintained a very clean and organized job site, cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day. You can tell they take pride in their work. Beyond the quality of their craftsmanship, what really stood out was their character. One morning, they even went out of their way to help my neighbor jumpstart her car--just a small example of the kind of people they are. Overall, Aqua Wolf exceeded our expectations in every way. The pool looks absolutely incredible, and we couldn't be happier with the results. If you're considering any pool work, I highly recommend Anthony Garcia and his team--you won't be disappointed.

On the day of our appointment, I simply put our pool pump on 'Service' mode to prevent the pool equipment from running and Luis did the rest. Luis arrived 20 minutes earlier than his appointment time. He drained our pool extremely quick with his own pump, and immediately began cleaning our tiles. Best of all, I didn't even have to be there. Luis was done within a few hours, and as you can see from the photos, he did a fantastic job! Our tiles look brand new again! They are very customer-oriented and value being a service company to troubleshoot and repair your spa with expertise and experienced personnel. You will not be disappointed with the service provided by Steve and Brian with your spa/pool equipment problems. In mid-June, our spa heater would not turn on to heat the spa, which is used as an ongoing therapeutic aid for my husband's past sciatica back attack. For context, my husband's sciatica attack occurred unexpectedly in August 2021. Part of the recommended therapy was the spa bubble jet action and heat to help with the sciatic healing process. The spa heater would not turn on as it was off for quite some time prior to the attack. Steve coordinated a quick repair time and Brian is really an amazing skilled technician who quickly identified the problem as a burnt out transformer. He had parts on the truck and had us up and running the same day of the repair service. Fast forward to June 2022 and the aging heater, again, would NOT heat the spa. Steve scheduled our repair service with the earliest opening. We were so thrilled that Brian arrived to assess and investigate the heater issue. Brian has many years of pool equipment repairs and is highly experienced with troubleshooting equipment problems and quickly identifying the cause of the problem. He is very quick and very neat with repair work. Brian determined that the ignition module was no longer working and replaced the module with parts already on the truck. Within 30 minutes, our spa heater was back on-line and heating the spa. My husband was able to resume his daily spa treatments thanks to OC Pool & Spa. We are very appreciative that Steve coordinated quick scheduling and Brian is a mastermind at diagnosing equipment problems - his many years of experience is priceless! Each time we have used OC Pool & Spa we have not been disappointed but amazed with the quality of customer service. Both Steve and Brian are very personable, take the time to fully understand your equipment issue, and are honest, professionals in their field. We highly recommend OC Pool & Spa - they are the best!
