They either didnt work on the make and model, or they didnt offer tow service. Then I called Acworth Cycle, spoke to Mike. This is 3 days out from Christmas. He DOES work on my ATV type, he did have a tow guy, and from pick up to drop off was maybe 3 hours total. He FIXED IT, for an awesome price. As a single mom 3 days out from Christmas, I was in FULL ON PANIC MODE, lol. Mike and his team quite literally saved my 10 year old's Christmas. Give me a shop with amazing work and no frills any day over a pretty shop that can only do bolt on aftermarket. This is a true custom shop. I brought them my mostly stock Harley Sportster and they gave me back a sexy little bobber. They not only did exactly what I asked; they also made some great suggestions along the way to improve the build.
