first all pro garage change their name to Dallas Garage and rented a commercial property from me. I gave him two Suzuki scooters do routine maintenance. We had them for six months at his shop. He moved out in the middle of the night and left my two scooters in pieces. along with a couple other motorcycles and parts everywhere. Left my building with thousands of dollars in damages I would not recommend David to anybody at this point I would say they are out of business. read more

I've used Ken's Motorcycle Tires for 20+ years at the old Woodstock location. They are the most professional specialty motorcycle store I have ever used. Their prices are very competitive and they schedule your service and keep to it. When you have a 10:00 appointment, they are ready for you and have you back on the road within the hour. I took my son's bike for a new rear tire. It was flat and I took the bike to Ken's on a trailer and they unloaded it and reloaded it (I don't ride). Long story short: I left the bike with them and they called me an hour or so later and said all it needed was a tube. Based on Ken's recommendation, we saved $130. I have been going to Ken's for over 10 years. Great service, at a great price. Quality workmanship and care goes into servicing your tire needs. Appointments are kept and the work is always done on time. Don't be fooled by less expensive online prices for tires. Ken's orders the tires for your bike, and mounts them, and the pricing is always competitive. As an added service, your brake pads are always inspected while the wheel is off the bike. If you want your tires replaced at a price better and done with care then Ken's is the place to go. Yes it is a mom & pop place, Deb his wife runs the front desk and Ken does the work. For what others charge for 1 tire replacement these days he does both. He took the time after to show me a couple things and even asked if I wanted my front tire back as a spare. I replaced both due to a nail in the rear tire. Based on my experience today I'll be back to Ken's for tires in the future as well as brakes and other services. The woman at the front desk (older, I think she's Ken's wife) is EXTREMELY rude, curt, and condescending. She acts as if she's doing YOU a favor just by letting you give them business. I've been there a few times, and thought she might just have been having an off-day like we all do at times. But the last visit was all the confirmation I needed. I work in customer service, and know what good service should look like. She does NOT need to be in a position dealing with people. I will make it a point never to give them another dime, and inform every one of my motorcycle-riding customers of my experiences. They're not the only game in town. read more
