Sketch at best. I feel misled and quite frankly cheated. Called to request service to install brake pads on a Can Am Spyder, and was quoted 1.8 hours for the front and another 1+ for the rear. Parts could be my separate responsibility, so I would only have the charges for labor. The relevant information that was conveniently left out is that the labor fee is $170.00 per hour! Upon arrival for my appointment, I was quoted an additional $403.00 for an oil change. Next, they tried to tell me that my engine light was on (it was not, nor has it ever been) and that it would be another $136.00 for a diagnostic. Really?!?! Overall, I was there a little less than 2 hours, so the quote was not really accurate or honest and I am completely dissatisfied with the spiel. I will not be back, and definitely would not recommend this business to any family or acquaintances. I took a 2004 Bombardier Traxter Max in to this dealer for repairs. Most of the key parts were obsolete so they had a difficult time finding what the machine needed to get it back running. For this reason it took a while for the repairs to be completed. I can't say enough about this dealership and especially "DK" the owner. He was very patient and yet determined to get the machine operational. What a class-act guy, and to say the repair price was "reasonable" is such an understatement! The service is absolutely horrible here. I took my bike into their shop for repairs, and after six weeks of no calls, no quotes, and no feedback from anyone in the shop I decided to go retrieve my bike. They never turned a wrench on my bike, but every time I called in there was a different excuse as to what was going on. Highly unprofessional. If there were more stars I would rate higher. For months no idea why my Spyder would shut off without warning. Overwhelmed and scared to ride my MC for months, I googled came across this place. Spoke with Conner who advised me they would check my MC out and see if they find the issue. I had to drive 1.5hrs to Cartersville, GA, do I regret the drive absolutely NOT. It took sometime to find the issue but I didn't care, more important my life would be safe to ride my Spyder. Conner, Owner & Staff were awesome, they understood my situation and dived into finding the issue & reassured me I will be safe riding soon. Picked up my Spyder and again, no regrets driving 1.5hrs to retrieve my MC. I have nothing bad to say about their service and if you have a Spyder needing repairs and wants a shop to spend time to repair & have patience, I highly recommend "Extreme Propulsion". I called Extreme Propulsion today to find out when I could bring in my Sea Doo jet skis to be worked on. The girl answering the phone told me that they don't really want to work on my jet skis because they are trying to "get away from" two stroke engines. She said that I could bring my jet skis in if I would like to, but that she could not guarantee that they would work on them even though they are a Sea Doo dealer location. I would not want someone like this representing my company. read more

brothers daughter put can-am outlander 800 in lake. this place charge 2000 something to fix it. brother paid for it. with less than 20 hours ive had to take it back 6 times. 1st it stoped cranking, said they replaced the start key switch, once they replaced fuel line which blew when unloading it at home. took it back and got charged for replacement when told they would fix it free of charge. got back home, its blowing oil out of top of motor. bolts missing from motor, dash reads maintance soon. i just ride around the farm. its sad. wish i could post the pics. one rubber hose torn half into. read more

I got a great deal on a 2015 Can Am Spyder F3-S. They made the whole buying process super easy and they even lent me a helmet to drive home in. I have a Can Am dealers 15 minutes from my house and instead of going there I gladly drive over an hour and half to Extreme Propulsion. They are great people there, especially Sue. She is fantastic, she was extremely helpful and was very patient with me and all of my dumb questions. I will always drive the 83 miles there and the 83 miles back to buy parts and get service for my Spyder. I will be a lifetime customer of Extreme Propulsion. read more
