After my initial stress and panic I finally called Redferns. Chris answered and got to me within 25 minutes. Intially this was a mobile service and when he got there, he then told me he had to get his tow truck and take it back to his shop. He got it back there with no additional cost. It had to stay iver night because it was late. However, today he called me around noon said he found the initial issue and fixed that too. Gave me a very humble and honest review of what needs attention to my vehicle after having saved me in this stressful circumstance. Thank you so much Chris! Truly an earth Angel. He even offered to help my mom out with her car too because she so who came to get me the first night. We are both so grateful to have met him and will continue to drive 30 minutes to jasper feom now on to have our cars serviced by him. He's very friendly and reliable !

Steve explained the procedure over the phone, that reassured me of his expertise. Steve said that it should take know more than 5 or 6 hours. I was still in disbelief since other mechanics said that job would be 15 hours of work and with a high cost. When Steve and Brianna arrived he showed me the new parts that would be used to do the repairs. I was amazed how Steve took apart the engine so fast and replace the water pump and timing chain. Steve knew where every nut , bolt and screw were to go back in the engine. My car is running great now. Steve and Brianna were very polite and humble people. I will definitely use there services again and recommend them to friends and family members. I told Steve after watching him work was like watching a surgeon.
