They have these scanning machines in the front that are always off-line so then you have to wait in line. Nearly everybody waiting in line is there to return stuff from Amazon. So they treat everybody there like they're there to make a return. But that's never the nature of my business. I don't typically buy things from Amazon. I'm usually there to pay to ship something. There's one guy there that is always rude. They can never find my shipping account and they have to start a new one for me. I worry that I have so many UPS accounts open. Pros: when the machines in the front are down, they usually have an employee posted in front. This employee explains to people That The machines are down and what they can do about it.

I can't thank her enough for her grind to get us taken care of. (Bought car in Dallas and they mistakenly sent us tags - Denise took ownership of our problem and solved it ) I also had her dive into my own title issue and she looked it up and got me the solution. Had my title resent after it had got returned to the state. This is what I like to call a problem solver. She should be commended by upper administration! Questions reach out. They are not lying. I'm a fairly pleasant person and understanding of people who work with the public. I'm sure they endure a lot in a day. But maybe, just maybe, when someone is being polite to you, you could return that? Don't go in expecting any pleasantries, go in, hand your paperwork over, write your check, and go. I wouldn't even try to be extra kind, but also don't be mean either, just act like you're at your in-laws, stay for as little as possible and don't make eye contact. You'll be fine!
