I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.
