The moment he stepped inside, he caught a whiff of the cat urine smell (lucky him!) and knew exactly what needed to be done. No hesitation, no drama -- he immediately moved a few small items out of the way and got to work, steam cleaning like a man on a mission. He also treated the carpet with an enzyme solution, and it was looking so good that I asked him to add the hallway too. (Best impulse decision I've made all year -- it looks fantastic!) Viktor didn't miss a beat -- he made the hallway spotless and fresh-smelling. I was super impressed with the level of service provided by Dynamic Carpet Care. The owner's son came to my home and did the cleaning. He was professional and well mannered. He came on time and was dressed nicely. I appreciate that kind of thing. I ordered a pet cleaning service for 5 area rugs. I also purchased two of their "take home" rug cleaners for urine stains. The young man moved my furniture without me asking. He told me I did not need to vacuum the rugs because they had a built in tool that would take care of that. I liked that! One less thing for me to do. The entire process took less than an hour and my fee was $90 for the carpet cleaning + the take home cleaners which was an extra $15 I believe so $105 for everything. I received a call that the representative would be just a few minutes late. I appreciated that. He was respective and went right to work. He moved heavy objects and put protective sponges under the furniture. Spot cleaned the carpet and then went to work with cleaning instruments. Nice young man with some great goals. The customer service is fantastic. The response was prompt. Within 24 hours, I had a date and time scheduled for the cleaning. They arrived on time and worked diligently. A few stains reappeared after the carpet dried, so I called them back. They came out the next day and worked on the stains at no extra charge. All the personnel I dealt with was friendly and helpful.
