I was desperate for a cleaner after being sick and expecting people from overseas. The only thing I can say good about the company is that Zach the owner answered immediately and scheduled me on a Saturday to have people here on Monday. But Sparkle does not charge by the hour but with a flat rate. So I paid a discounted price of $155 for what they call a standard cleaning. And believe me it was very standard. Anything they did I could've done myself. And they even missed some things like taking out my garbage cans. Plus, they didn't do some of the things listed, such as washing the cans inside and out. Three women came in and cleaned this standard cleaning and took 45 minutes. It was basically the mindset of the owner of how fast can we get a house cleaned for the most money. My major problem was the price I paid for the job that was done. The standard cleaning was very, very very basic and didn't include things I would've done if I was cleaning my own bathroom. And I'm not a good cleaner. I would not hire them again at all or recommend them. read more
