As an active Crossfitter having experienced extreme limited shoulder mobility for over a year, I had tried multiple techniques to gain back my range. I had spent a good amount on massage therapists and have seen other chiros that almost did the job but never fully restored my muscles to where I wanted to be. For perspective, my 1RM max snatch was 125#...I couldn't even do 100#. :( Mike was thorough in my first initial consultation assessing my range, or lack thereof, and immediately knew where and what kind of techniques to use. He was really surprised to see the difference between my right and left arm, it was actually really sad. With my body type, I needed to find someone who can apply that extra pressure naturally. I feel guilty asking for pressure if I can sense they can't handle it. But after 20 mins of applying strong ART, we re-tested my range and I think we were both amazed by how much more I could move my right arm. I've now consistently seen Mike for over 2 months and not only have I restored my shoulder back to 90% but finally found a chiro that knows his stuff and loves what he does. His facilities are simple and comfortable for having just opened his own practice. If you can get in with a deal, his prices are more than decent for his work.

I had been dealing with constant upper back pain that also had given me headaches to the point of throwing up at times, since years ago. I had also been dealing with digestive issues and constant acid reflux. I had seen other chiropractor before but the level of treatments and relief wasn't as how I'm experiencing now with Dr. Liu. The adjustments that I've gotten from Dr. Liu have been transformative for me. I was surprised to have gotten instant relief on the very first adjustment and that feeling was incredible especially after living with pain for so long. I'm still seeing Dr. Liu and will continue to do so for as long as my body needs to, as my body has been responding very well to her adjustments method. The relief I've gotten from all the adjustments, has really increased the quality of my life! Lesser reflux too now. Thank you, Dr. Liu! It had gotten to the point where it was affecting my daily life, and I was having a hard time walking and staying active. Before making an appointment, I asked my obgyn if prenatal chiropractic care was something that would be ok, and she encouraged me to give it a try and I am so glad that I did! I had seen from other reviews that Dr. Chun has experience with prenatal chiropractic care and it really shows. His adjustments are very gentle, and Ive always felt completely comfortable and safe throughout my pregnancy. After a couple of visits my lower back felt so much better and I was able to get back to my normal activities like walking and working out without the constant discomfort. Ive continued seeing him throughout my pregnancy, and it's made such a difference in how I've been feeling! If you're pregnant and dealing with back or sciatic pain (or honestly any pregnancy related pain) I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Chun. He is knowledgeable, caring, and has helped make my pregnancy so much more comfortable.

The office staff is wonderful and made me very comfortable when I arrived early and had to wait a little bit. I highly recommend New Hope Chiropractic

More Than Pain Relief--A Team That Helps You Reclaim Your Life…read more If you've been living with chronic pain, numbness, or injuries that just won't heal, don't give up hope. Platinum Chiropractic doesn't just treat symptoms--they work to uncover and correct the root cause so your body can truly heal. Dr. Karo listens, explains his approach, and genuinely cares about helping his patients. That commitment is what first drew me to Platinum Chiropractic, and it changed my life. For more than four years, I lived with numbness in both hands. Every morning I woke up with numb hands, and it was honestly scary. I had already tried massage therapy, acupuncture, physical therapy, pain medication, and traditional Western medicine without lasting relief. From my very first visit, I felt heard. Dr. Karo performed a thorough examination, identified the root cause of my problems, and created a treatment plan focused on healing instead of simply masking my symptoms. After several months of adjustments, I can finally say my life has changed. I wake up every morning with full feeling in both of my hands again. After living with numbness for over four years, that's something I never take for granted. Dr. Karo accomplished what years of other treatments couldn't, and I will always be grateful. They've also helped me improve my structural alignment while easing my stress and anxiety. I'm under tremendous pressure at work, and every adjustment, along with the kindness, encouragement, and support of the entire team, leaves me feeling healthier, stronger, and more hopeful. I never feel like "just another patient"--I truly feel like family. Without Platinum Chiropractic, I believe I'd still be stuck navigating the frustrating cycle of Western medicine and insurance bureaucracy, searching for answers while my health continued to decline. Instead, I found a team that gave me my quality of life back. If you're in the Bay Area and looking for answers instead of temporary fixes, I highly recommend Platinum Chiropractic. Dr. Karo and his incredible team have made a lasting difference in my life, and I'll always be thankful.

This is more for the process and office experience than the quality of the care…read more First thing is that they ask you to enter your credit card details in a form which is neither secure nor necessary when you will be paying in person during the appointment. When you tell this to them, they say it's just policy. Policies that aren't secure or user friendly should be called out by customers. Second thing is that the front office person is exceptionally rude and lazy. It's funny how those two qualities always go together. A receptionist is supposed to be at the front office during work hours. When a person comes up and says they can do the form in person, you don't insist that they do it online if you care about your business. In hindsight it was good that I didn't enter my credit card details because I didn't end up using the service. Oh ... And the plaza with their office is dingy.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with the front desk person at this office…read more The issue started with poor communication around billing. I was initially told that my copay would be $30 for Dr. Helen and $20 for Dr. Deanne, and that my insurance had been checked. About a month later, I found out through my insurance that I was actually responsible for 30% of the bill. When I brought this up, the front desk person first denied saying that, and later offered to settle the account based on the $30 copay amount. However, there was no apology or clear explanation for the confusion. We had also discussed that the 4/30 bill would be handled later once I received the insurance check, since my card had already been charged the full $150 for that visit. Yesterday, when I tried to bring this up again, the front desk person would not let me explain and kept insisting that my bills had already been taken care of. She also said she does not handle billing, but did not clearly explain who does or who I should contact. What made the experience worse was the attitude. When I tried to understand who handles billing, bookings, and patient communication, she responded defensively and said, "Oh, now you are saying I don't do anything," which was not what I said. I was simply trying to understand who was responsible for what, especially since she had said she does not handle billing or appointments for all doctors. The most upsetting part was being personally insulted and called a "sad person who makes other people sad." That is completely inappropriate in any service environment, especially in a healthcare or wellness practice where patients come for care and support. This was not the first time she referred to me as a "sad person," and it felt dismissive and disrespectful, especially as someone coming in with severe shoulder pain and trying to resolve basic billing and appointment issues. The communication around appointments was also frustrating. When I switched to Dr. Deanne and asked how to book with her, I was told to check online with no clear guidance. After asking again, I was eventually sent a link by text, but only after being told, "I don't handle her appointments." Yesterday, I checked in and sat in the doctor's office for several minutes, but the doctor was not informed. I had to go back and ask twice, and the front desk person clearly seemed upset about it. The last two months of dealing with this front desk experience have been extremely frustrating. Patients deserve clear communication, patience, and basic respect when trying to resolve billing and appointment issues especially when it's caused by the provider . Overall, this experience fell far short of the level of professionalism and respect patients deserve

I wanted to share my experience at Good Life Chiropractic because, overall, I really appreciated…read morethe kindness and professionalism of the team, and I think the clinic has a lot of potential to provide an even stronger patient experience. I had been dealing with lower back pain for several days that wasn't resolving on its own. Even though Yelp indicated the clinic was closed, I called and someone kindly answered the phone and was able to fit me in for a same-day appointment as long as I could come in quickly. I really appreciated how accommodating they were. The clinic itself was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The chairs and equipment looked new and sturdy, and I noticed how much effort the team put into keeping everything tidy. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and Fred, the technician who brought me back, was especially helpful. He was knowledgeable and took the time to ask relevant questions about my back pain and situation. I felt like he genuinely wanted to understand what I was experiencing. When the doctor came in, she was professional and clearly knowledgeable in her field. My main reason for not giving the experience a higher rating is that the interaction with the doctor felt somewhat rushed. The actual adjustment itself took approximately 5-7 minutes, and while I understand that chiropractic visits can be brief, I still had several questions I wanted to ask. At times, I felt like I had to quickly get a question in before she was ready to leave the room. What made this a little more confusing for me was that immediately afterward, I noticed there didn't appear to be anyone else waiting in the lobby. That left me wondering if there was a reason I felt so rushed, because I would have really appreciated another few minutes to explain my job duties and work and what may have contributed to my situation. I don't expect a lengthy appointment, but I do think patients benefit from having enough time to feel heard and leave with their questions answered. One other piece of feedback I wanted to mention is privacy. During both my time with Fred and with Dr. K, the door remained open, and I could hear conversations taking place throughout the clinic. I am actually somewhat hard of hearing, so I found it interesting that I was still able to hear other conversations outside the room. I understand that every clinic has its own setup and workflow, but having the door closed during patient consultations, when possible, might provide a greater sense of privacy and allow patients to focus more comfortably on their conversation with the provider. The pricing felt fair, and I genuinely appreciated the entire front-office team and how clean and organized the clinic was. My feedback is really coming from a place of wanting to see the clinic succeed because I think there is a lot of knowledge and potential within the team.

I was receiving Cortisol injections to mask the pain, but it was not until Silicon Valley Chiropractic that I was able to truly alleviate my pain without medications. I highly recommend you stop pain and nerve medications and come here instead for a real fix. I ended up trying their DRX9000 non-surgical spinal decompression treatment, and it made a huge difference. My sciatica is completely gone now. I honestly wish I had done this years ago because I did everything else, and this is the only thing that worked. I'm exercising again, and I can sit and drive without pain, and I'm back to playing pickleball! Everyone there has been really nice and helpful too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone dealing with a herniated disc, sciatica, or ongoing low back pain. They also have shockwave therapy with the StemWave machine. Funny enough, the person who first told me about this office had gone there for shockwave therapy for her knee and had a really good experience. That's actually what made me decide to give them a try. Very happy I did! I see Dr. Riley and Dr. Parvini, they take such good care of me! When I have had emergencies the other doctors have also offered their availability too to make sure I get fixed. I have seen all of them and they are all wonderful! Amazing staff. If you have a pinched nerve - you are in pain or have trouble moving your neck or your neck muscles cannot relax - come to these neck whisperers and stop torturing yourself. They will adjust your neck and unpinch your nerves. Stop masking it with Advil and Tylenol people! You do not have to live in pain, come get a back and neck adjustment! You deserve to be able to look over your shoulder without pain. Dr. Parvini was really kind the other week and was able to get me in quickly for a neck adjustment. I slept in an odd position that caused my neck to pinch my right shoulder muscle, I literally could not raise my right arm more than halfway up, but after Dr. Parvini gave me a good crack I immediately was able to give him a high-five! Note: You need to have a 1st evaluation appointment that takes longer but it sets you up so the doctors there know exactly what to work on when you come in. You want to have this appointment to learn more about your spine. Dr. Riley was able to point out injuries I did not know I had from a previous car accident without me even telling her I was recently in one. Amazing team with detailed work #neckwhisperers
