She received the replacement and all good. She ordered another dress a couple of months later and there were so many issues. I'm not sure who they're getting dresses from, but it's painfully obvious there's no quality control/assurance workflow. It's really a shame that this business is run so haphazardly.

Cute little boutique right of Main St. I first found this shop while googling some wholesale brands…read moreonline, and saw that this shop offers lots of cute dresses that have become quite popular recently. I'd actually give this place 5-stars for their selection of clothes (minus the consignment shop area...didn't care for it), the quality and price point of their items, and their website that offers free shipping. I'm docking two stars because their in-store customer service was terrible, imho. There was never a "Hi, hello, welcome to our store, thanks for shopping with us," or even a, "can I help you with anything? Is there something in particular you're looking for?" For a first time shopper, I really couldn't tell who was another shopper vs an employee, since the employees seemed to give me the cold shoulder, and did not care that I was there to shop. I almost left the store without purchasing anything, and would have just purchased online. #Protip to the owner if you see this: include "smile at customers" as basic training for your staff. For shoppers, purchase online unless you are near the store and want to buy something asap.

I took tons of pictures mostly of the flowers (some natural dried, some fake) handing from the ceilings. What a nice touch, girly and enchanting. Good quality (yet kind of pricey) clothes and nice variety of gift items too. I was temped to get a nice hat but my head was too small for the average size they carry, lol! Do not confuse the profusion of plants in the facade with this being a floral shop, like I initially thought! it is a nice, one of a kind boutique in downtown Provo.

I really wanted to like Bella Ella in Spanish Fork but because of poor quality and bad customer…read moreservice I am not going to be able to shop there anymore am telling my friends and family about my bad experience. I bought the dress in the pictures for $48. I am 6' tall and it came well below my knees so it was a midi length. It was a little bit big on me so I washed and dried the dress once thinking maybe it would shrink an inch but it shrunk significantly. It is now more like mid-thigh length. No exaggeration. I took the dress in to the store to explain what happened. I explained that I didn't have my receipt because the dress had fit great and I took the tag off and threw the receipt away. She said it was no problem because she could look me up by my phone number. The problem with that is that when I originally purchased the dress I wasn't asked for my phone number. So, when she went to look me up in her system I didn't show up. I had my bank statement proving my purchase but she said there was nothing she could do. No refund, no exchange, no store credit. I called the next day to speak with a manager. The manager wasn't in but the girl working said she would take down my name and number and have the manager call me. The manager never called. Myself, and the people I show these pictures to are BLOWN AWAY at the poor quality of this dress and how much it shrunk. I'm also blown away at how little the employees and manager were willing to do to make this situation right by me. Do NOT shop at Bella Ella!!!

I was one of the top salesperson at this particular location. I had been working and the owner stopped responding to me, and found out (through social media) that he had hired someone else. Weeks later, I finally got ahold of him and he texted me: "I won't be needing anymore help". About a month later he still hadn't sent me my last check, I told him by law he should've been paying me the whole month because I still hadn't gotten my check. He finally sent it to me but then put a stop payment on it. I texted and called multiple different times and he ignored me every time I reached out. Side note: he also didn't pay my friend, who worked there for a few shifts until finding a new job. I hope youll support more professional, kind hearted business owners instead of this one. There are many boutiques in Utah, Madison and Sixth should be the very last place you go. I was amazed that a "business man" would act this way. Hopefully he'll get to a place where he realizes business can only stand so long on the stilts of bad ethics!

I'd just left American Eagle and had felt a little body shamed by the employee that was assisting me at American Eagle, but it went even worse with the girl at this store. I typically wear an 8 or a 10 depending on the brand, and I had asked the girl if I looked like I wore a size 12 because I was still in shock that the AE girl had suggested I try a 12 when the 10 she'd seen me in had obviously been two big in one particular area: the crotch. The girl at this store said no, and suggested I was a 14 instead. It was extremely hard to keep my composure; I was polite as I left the store but felt insulted. I definitely won't be returning here. When you work in retail, especially clothes, it's all about building up the customer and making them feel confident about their looks. This girl definitely lacks those skills.
