It's an older house and with a leak in the crawl space that should make it ineligible by the VA's own guidelines. The inspector caught it and we submitted a request for repairs which was accepted. She said she hired a plumber from Texas to do the work. She then said that everything is repaired, so I pay to have another inspection. The leak is better but not fixed and a toilet is still not secured to the floor. Afterwards the repairs are submitted as completed and I have a 3rd inspection done. There's still a leak under the house and the toilet was still not secured to the floor. Regina comes over to explain that the seller is not willing to pay for anymore repairs. Then she says that the plumber she hired (from Texas to do a job in Nevada) said they would have to breakup the concrete to actually find and fix the leak and they weren't willing to continue on the job. So she knew there was still a leak and lied about it being repaired. She also called the va pest inspector and told him that the repairs were done so the VA would fund the loan. I don't know if she was asked to do this by the seller or if she was simply misrepresenting him but I would think her actions constitute fraud. I would advise people to be very cautious when dealing with her.

I think these businesses never consider the POWER OF A REVIEW. First if all I want to say if there…read morewas a selection below one star MARSHALL Realty would get this one I am absolutely shocked at Marshall Realty and their representative Brylle for lies, being led on , and the poorest unnecessary communication. The reason I called Marshall realty is years ago I was going to get my realtor license and at the time Marshall was still a realtor and had his commercials playing. So when I was starting to study I called over there because I was going to consider working there. My sales and customer service is outstanding. At that time I talked to Marshall on the phone and he was so nice and informative I said wow that seems like a place I would like to work. So years down the line i remembered his kindness and I called his company to talk about a property . So I spoke with Brylle who I thought was a very nice young man and was very presentable and professional. He left that day saying they would get back to me in a couple days. Well that couple days turned into a week and then they just didn't call back after awhile leading me on and treating me like my time is not valuable. Marshall is a professional and has been in the realestate game long enough to know better than to treat a customer like this. Especially someone who has said such good things about you. Marshall you make enough money that if you are not interested in doing business with someone , if you don't want to deal with buying a property instead of leading people on , just leave an automated message. Here's an example for you. Hello this is Marshall and I am sorry but I don't think I can make an offer to buy your home at this time but please consider us for the future. Thank you for considering Marshall Reality. Have a great day and good luck with your property. How hard is that ?????? You could even send out a letter if you do not want to deal with addressing the public. The fact that they did not respect my time and the extremely poor communication, and then not to call was the strangest thing ever. This all happened recently and Brylle was telling me Marshall had poor cell service, was on a flight, and all this weird stuff and then they stopped responding Marshall I think you owe your community, and also clients , and potential clients so much better than this Also this is is something that happened this month in October 2023. So this is new info and how they currently treat people. I am very active in the community and felt this review was an absolute must I even gave them some extra time( weeks ) before I posted this review to at least apologize and even though we didn't do business we could still keep communication open. If you are looking for options to sale your house pass Marshall realty up, I don't think this company is the same as they were when Marshall was doing his commercials. I understand he is an investor now , but that still doesn't excuse that absolutely weird , strange, and poor customer service. Lord knows I did not want to leave this review but it's a must to tell it like it is. Also I understand that they look for houses that they can flip. However ever one you talk to i a potential customer if not now , maybe for the future. We have friends and family and recommend and review all the time. So please next time consider this. As a matter of fact I will copy this and will be sending Brylle and this company a copy of this because I do not hide behind a bad review. I am just telling it like it is. The messages below are with Brylle and then he just stopped responding wasting my time after just waiting for a response. I reached out to Marshall, he will be giving you both a call this afternoon. His phone service has not been the best, we appreciate your patience. Good morning, I will reach out to him he's currently on a flight I will let you know as soon as I hear back. Thank you and I apologize for the delay in reaching out. Have a great day
