Unfortunately, this real estate transaction will go down as one of the worst if not the worst interactions we have had with real estate agents. Mike Codman is untrustworthy and a liar. He tried going behind our backs to acquire a pool table he took upon himself to write into the deal without our knowledge with the intent to keep the item, poorly represented us throughout the deal and the kicker was not paying us monies he blatantly agreed to resulting in a small claims case which resulted in our favor as he is once again-A LIAR! Stay as far away as possible from this guy if you're looking for a smooth transparent transaction. His broker isn't any better as he backs his agents whether they are in the wrong or not. read more

From my first email to Laura, I asked many questions about the property such as the state well-drilling records, the county building department septic permit records, ability to build a home on the property and more. Laura immediately responded and answered some of the questions and let me know she reached out to the county to get answers to my questions. Absolutely the worst property management experience of a lifetime. Zero follow-through on all issues, regardless of severity. The onsite agent, Sally Small, is immediately confrontational, verbally abusive, and defensive when confronted with serious appliance or property issues. SNP manager/owner, Darrel Plummer, prefers to take a laissez-faire approach to agent/employee supervision and ignore legitimate client concerns. In lieu of direct telephone or email contact, expect Mr. Plummer to have his receptionists' screen calls and forward email. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid the lies and drama by staying as far away from SNP as you can get. Prior to working with Mike, I went through 2 different realtors but they were slow to respond and didn't really help with relevant info and listings. Mona klotz and her wife Uriel rented me the property at 416 F St. Uriel would come to my house unannounced demanding to see my animal because somebody was pooping on the grass and accused me of it told him I took my dog to the park to go potty and after that didn't have a problem until I complained about some possible mold going on inside the house after that they told me we're deciding not to renew your lease and when it came back to paying back the security deposit they're overcharging and trying to charge for wear and tear items that they are responsible for I have a full video of them moving out and they're saying that they had to remove junk These people are very crooked do not rent from them at all they are the worst rental company to ever go through and I am filing a complaint against Mona they don't know how to get back to you in a structured amount of time and they could care less about your life read more

My husband and I are first time home buyers, we knew we wanted a house, but that was all we knew. We are located in CA but making a move to NV. Our mortgage company suggested Sierra Nevada Properties and they got us in touch with Dan Berg. I am used to hearing about pushy real estate brokers, Dan was very far from it. He took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, because we are not located near the homes we wanted to see I was worried that it would be difficult to be able to arrange times and make appointments. We called Dan on a Tuesday morning to tell him that there was a house that we really wanted to see, he made an appointment for himself to go to the house on Wednesday and spent a long time on FaceTime with us while he was there showing us around the house. We then told him we loved it and would love to go see it and could go the following day. He immediately set up the appointment confirmed with us and we met him early Thursday morning to see the house. We walked through all together checking out all of the pros and cons of the home. I asked a lot of questions and he quickly got me all of the answers. We put an offer in on the house shortly after seeing it. When it came time to have the inspector and other agencies go in to look at the home Dan was able to take care of all it for us so that we were not driving back and forth from CA to NV. I felt very confident knowing that we had someone on our side out there able to handle all of our needs. There were a few items in the home that needed fixing and Dan kept us up to date on the repairs every step of the way. We are also doing a rent back to the owner and Dan has stepped in to take all worry off our shoulders about being so far away. Dan took the time to explain the purchase process, the agencies that were going in to evaluate the home and all of the paperwork, I knew home buying would have paperwork, I just didn't realize how much there would be and how many unfamiliar terms we would come across.
