They are professional, attentive, and easy to collaborate with. 2. Problem Solvers: One of their greatest strengths is that they never shy away from a hard problem. Whether it's a maintenance issue or a tenant concern, they tackle it head-on with a level of responsiveness that is hard to find. 3. Review for Daniel Winkler…read more I've worked with Daniel Winkler for years now--he's sold somewhere between 20 and 30 homes for me, and every experience has been exceptional. I just spoke with him the other day, and he's still the same genuine, down-to-earth person I met at the start: full of integrity, professionalism, and consistency. Daniel is the kind of realtor you can trust without hesitation. He delivers results, stays true to his word, and always makes the process smooth. Beyond his proven track record, he's simply a stellar individual and a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for someone who combines experience, honesty, and reliability, Daniel Winkler is the real deal. I'm not sure how many times I sent out potential houses I saw on the app to Julia, but no matter what time or day Julia was always open to going with us to look at the house. I loved the honesty that came from Julia and the team. They really look over the disclosures, see if there is anything that their client should be aware of and also what they think of the property. Each individual in the team has their own speciality and I really appreciated that. Julia is well verse to the El Cerrito area, Danielle knows the Lamorinda area, and Jeffrey knows about housing structures. They would answer any questions we had and so thank you to this amazing team! We were able to find our dream home thanks to this wonderful team! Would definitely go back to them if we needed to do this all over again.

That is likely easy to say at the end of what is typically a stressful and intense process. Jeremy's demeanor and wonderful personality kept things balanced, amusing, and steady. He helped me find and secure my dream home. Nonplussed by the stressors and idiosyncracies of all the characters and processes involved in the whole dynamic experience, he emerged as a true hero and a complete class act. Jeremy worked tirelessly, professionally, and was fully dedicated and available to finding me THE PERFECT place. He handled negotiations with poise, firmness, grace and skill. He went way beyond the call of duty, which included finding fantastic appropriate listings, accompanying/bringing me to 70, yes 70 properties. He also fielded, and continues to field, all my questions and concerns at all hours of the day or night -- and when I mean all hours, I do mean, 24/7, for example, when I was in different time zones, Jeremey was almost always instantly available (when does that man sleep??). He was and continues to be, post-closing, and my occupying the home, an ideal team player consistntly helping me navigate the intricacies in the crazy Bay Area real estate market and first time home ownership. I lead a veery busy life, and Jeremey was/is fantastic about taking the lead, being assertive and proactive in being accommodating and available in my crazed schedule to talk and see properties as well as providing great solutions and insight into properties value, flexibility and how it could...or would not work for me. Plently of properties that 'seemed' great on paper, when we went to visit, he'd say, 'nah, this isn't really right for you.' He had my back!!! The result? I'm living in my dream home, purchased only 10K above asking (in this market unheard of), with $ credited from our disclosure inspections and because of his incredibly skillful communication with the seller's agent. This really showed his chops: very impressive! Jeremy is a dream realtor. Zero pressure, totally knowledgeable, effective and fun. He is the whole package: a complete delight to work with, results driven and professional.

From strategic pricing and marketing to thoughtful updates, staging, and preparation, every recommendation was spot-on and designed to maximize the home's appeal and value. What impressed me most was Sarah's ability to guide our family through what was an incredibly emotional transition. She was always available, communicated clearly, and patiently walked everyone through each step of the process. Her professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence from start to finish. Educating yourself on home builds in the East Bay can be incredibly overwhelming, but Sarah turned it into a masterclass for us. She gave us invaluable perspective, teaching us exactly what to look for--from pointing out different types of roof construction and overhangs to proper seismic retrofit. Her structural eye gave us the confidence we needed to understand the home's integrity, even breaking down what specific supports to look for when evaluating structural soundness and how drainage work to protect a foundation from water. Beyond her technical brilliance, Sarah is a joy to work with. She's extremely courteous, professional, respectful, and genuinely listens to what you want.
