Currently, I have been waiting for weeks to get my deposit refunded. Each time I ask about it, I get a different 'story' about why my deposit was not returned. First, I heard about Home Depot (?). Then, I heard about PayPal and a check being cut. To date, I have not got my refund back. The next step for me? Small Claims Court. You betcha!

Because I was a total neophyte, they had an instructor help me one-on-one the whole time and I definitely improved and learned what preferences I have. They take the safety aspect very seriously and admonished me several times for not following the sequence or putting my finger on a trigger when not ready to fire. When you hear about all of these accidents, you realize if you do the steps the way you are supposed to do, it is impossible to have an accident. It takes the fear away and makes you more comfortable in learning this sport.

The team at HA was quintessential in my CZ Bren build, as they did the cerakote and pin/weld work. Both services were done beautifully and in under a week. They also helped me navigate through an online purchase suppressor transfer. Communication and thoroughness was superlative from start to finish, which led to a Form 4 approval in 4 days. The entire staff has always been very friendly and helpful every time I visit, which is always a breath of fresh air. If you're in the market for a firearm or firearm services, definitely give HA a visit!

They gave detailed instructions on what to bring with me and the total cost for the FFL transfer and a secondary service. I was greeted when I arrived and the whole process took about 15 mins. Spoke with one of the employees about sighting and zeroing and was given a local range that performed the service free of charge. I even enjoyed a brief chat with Ben regarding the upcoming football season and expectations for the team we rooted for. I've read the reviews for this business and having used them before for a prior transfer I can say I've never personally experienced some of the older negative issues that were posted. Not to say my experience is everyone's experience but I just wanted to note that I was treated with respect and left with more information than I had when I arrived. I would certainly recommend this business to my friends and family.

This is one of my favorite stores in the entire region. It's a genuine *surplus* store in a unique…read moresetting. Most surplus stores actually carry more new 'military-like' gear than they do actual surplus and are more like low-end outdoor/tactical shops. Those are cool and I enjoy them too for other purposes but sometimes you want actual stuff with an NSN, and Randy's shop is like 99% real surplus gear and he has a huge variety of stuff, from uniforms to chest rigs to medical, packs, pouches, holsters, pretty much everything you can think of. Given his location a lot of it is Army but I've seen plenty of uniform issue from other branches as well. He runs the shop out of his property so it's a bit tricky finding the first time, but something about taking a gravel driveway to buy surplus in an outdoors settings makes it even better. What you'll find here: - containers, rucks, packs, pouches (saw, grenade etc), camelbaks, holsters, pistol belts, poly pro, acu's, class a's msss, chest rigs and plates, ifaks and supplies, mre's, alices, molles, camo netting, eye/ear pro, helmets, way more, all real surplus. A very small handful of aftermarket non-surplus packs, and a small handful of aftermarket non-surplus accessory stuff. What you won't find here: - tons of cheap civilian sleeping bags, civilian tents, new in box work boots, rows and rows of cheap knives, fake "take a number" customer service gags, or any of the stuff that tends to dominate other 'surplus' stores. He runs this shop by himself so if you aren't in the area absolutely call ahead and make sure he's expecting you. I've been there several times and have only dropped in once when he wasn't around. Randy's also one of the nicest humblest guys you'll ever do business with. Take your time and talk with him while you shop.

Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Buyer Beware…read more I am extremely disappointed by my experience at Vision Christian Store. What should have been a simple return turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction with the owner. The most frustrating part is that the store did not honor its own return policy as it was clearly printed on my receipt. I relied on the policy provided by the business when making my purchase, only to be told something completely different when I attempted to return a pair of gloves. If a business chooses to print a return policy on its receipt, customers should reasonably be able to expect that policy to be honored and all exclusions to be included in the receipt. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the owner (Robert) was rude, dismissive, and argumentative. He made it seem like he couldn't afford to perform the return. To make matters worse, he complained about how as a brick and mortar store, it was difficult for the store to compete with online retailers. I found that particularly ironic considering that the item I was attempting to return had actually been purchased from a beauty supply store, not an online retailer. He even advised that I go there instead. As a small business, I understand that competing with larger retailers can be challenging. But blaming customers or becoming confrontational when they simply expect you to follow your own stated return policy is not the way to build customer loyalty. I was able to find two pair of gloves for the price of one. Who wouldn't attempt to return the originals Being a Christian bookstore makes the experience even more disappointing. Customers should not have to wonder whether they will be treated with basic courtesy, honesty, and respect when they walk through the door. I would strongly encourage the owner to review the store's return policy, make sure employees and management are following it consistently, and reconsider how customers are treated when they raise a legitimate concern. Or better yet include the specific items on the receipt that are not eligible for return or place signage in the area so there are no questions: I will not be returning, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business. A business cannot expect customers to support it while simultaneously refusing to honor the policies it gives those same customers in writing.
