This property has been updated as of late and has really improved from what the other reviewers…read morehave been saying. I have had no real problems getting in contact with the management and I have been helped without much delay. Though my neighbors have been annoying from time to time its really not Elm Grove's fault. I have contacted the correct authorities and they have been dealt with accordingly. I have lived in a bunch of different rental properties and each have their quirks. Elm Grove tries it's best to address any concerns I have and really, that's all I can ask.

I don't know maybe six months or something., took them six months to get me an Exterminator they got me one they had a contract with, and they never finished their job. They put glue traps down to monitor the situation and now that's been several months. They never came back to monitor the glue traps, so I collected them on myself and put them into bags around the apartment.. that shows unfinished business. Management came over during winter months when the bugs go in the wall into hibernation. I wasn't thinking he handed me a paper stating I am content with my apartment. I signed it thinking the Exterminator came. I haven't seen anything not realizing in the winter they go into the walls well now we're in summer and I believe they're in the HVAC they were my daughter's ceiling split open. Water came down with bugs in it lots of them and they blame me for multiple reasons. It was my dog's fault emotional support. Then it was my daughter who was disabled the odor in her bedroom. And then I probably brought them in now. Let me tell you I have two different types of carpet beetles I'm infested with my furniture my bed. Everything I bought here is brand new. I did a two-year payment plan on my furniture. I can't bring any of it with me. I can't replace it my daughter like her stuffed animals. She's collected her whole life. She she's 18 disabled.. They handed me information on other tenants three pages worth and personal information. My rent ledger is off the hook. I've gone over it with them tons of times to show me where I owe rent and they just hand me another three year ledger nothing specific because they don't know where it is coming from. I don't think I owe anything anyways because they brought me to court twice for it and I produce my bank statements. It gets dismissed but they kept $620 anyway.. now I have immuno compromised. I have diabetes. My skin has got contact dermatitis all over it. I have conjunctivitis. I have yeast on my scalp inflammation and contact dermatitis. My daughter that's 18 disabled is losing her hair all over her bed in a clump my hair is all over my bed falling out. I was in the supermarket with a ponytail. I leaned over and there was a quarter inch larvae in my hair at the end of the ponytail I was devastated. My mental health is declined so bad that my social worker wants to put me in the hospital because she sees what I'm going through.. I've had the Board Of Health in here. I've had an inspector in here and I'm going up and above and beyond. I've called multiple places in Boston and emailed them. I'm going to Fox 25 news. They only change the AFL to once a year when you haven't investigation or a pet, it should be every three months. I have everything in pictures emails text and videos now they take me to court for one piece of paper I didn't sign a year ago because I told him how unprofessionally is he is just trying to pull shit out of a hat to evict me which I wanna leave more than they want me out at this point, but I have no money to buy more furniture. I did a two-year payment plan. I can't replace all my clothes. My clothes have holes in them that are hanging clean in my closet not bringing anything with me. I've had two major back surgeries live in here and I'm on my own with my daughter. They are heartless. I also had a neighbor yesterday reach out to me and told me they found two Larvae in their house, but they're afraid to say anything because what they're doing to me as a construction issue. It started with my dryer and not working in 2024. There was a birds nest in it. I got a brand new driving guess what it's exactly the same month two years later my dryer is not working. I have to run it 4 to 5 times for it to dry flows what do you think in the vents?? I'm getting really sick here. I'm going to get life insurance policy. That's how sick I am. I'm worried about my daughter.. she's also legally blind. I'm allergic to dust mites and cockroaches. I found out in my 20s and I put it in the Internet. Is it possible I could be allergic to carpet beetles they said most definitely they carry the same proteins.. oh that's the other thing they told me that carpet beetles do not come from birds nest‍ that is the main place they come from I've been studying them for a year and a half now I looked at the studies of different universities around the United States. They need to do some homework because this is a construction issue. It's all over all the buildings at the Tidewater in Salisbury. Be careful.. if you're gonna rent check the reviews on the management company I learned a big lesson.

What ever you're reading on here providing praise is falsehood . Honestly. Been going back and forth with Junior and whomever it is that SOMETIMES answers the phone for about a month if not longer now. No call backs, apartments they guarantee no one is interested in end up being rented out without notifying you. You'll find yourself calling in, or worse going into their office in person (as my husband and I have done) to waste your time. DO NOT PAY THE APPLICATION FEE , it is a WASTE of money. I've never encountered such disagreeable service . I chose to forgo the horrible reviews , and try them anyway, they'll tell you they're working on a lot of aspects to improve service. Don't listen, it's the old wool over the eyes. In order for this company to succeed, they'll have to fire and rehire every individual "working" for this company. You guys need a good secretary , a couple PROFESSIONAL individuals to show the apartments, in APPROPRIATE ATTIRE , and a complete overhaul of your online system. Good luck.

I currently live here and every time you have a problem with the building if it already didn't come with bedbugs and roaches, or the maintenance man doing NOTHING, your going to have a problem dealing with the property management, they'll hound you over some rent but let there be mold in your house and they are going to act like you don't know the difference between mildew and mold. They don't value anything if it's not money, money money. I pray for anyone who moves into these buildings. the neighbors are great but some aren't. there is crackheads that stole my dog around here, stole the neighbors electric scooter & they still have no cameras. I suggest finding another spot. They also treat people on government assistance better than actual rent payers so if you got government help this place is for you. good luck!

Then, in June/July of 2020--you remember, the huge health and economic catastrophe that left people struggling--they jacked up rents on ALL of their properties by $200 a month, a 15-20% increase relative to the starting rent for most of their units. Mind you, these are units people choose because they're cheap. Old units with poor insulation, bad windows, and fixtures from the 1970s. Lots of fixed incomes, elderly folks, and disabled people living in these units, and Peloquin knows it. After the big jump in 2020 they've raised rents again and again and again. My current rent is almost 30% higher than it was when I moved in. Absolutely shameless. The city of Manchester is overflowing with homeless people and folks living in their cars, and Peloquin and Brady Sullivan are at the heart of it all. They're intentionally driving Manchester residents out of their homes to make themselves rich. It's like they don't care at all. I'd say to avoid Peloquin, and I stand by that, but really, avoid Manchester as long it's still under the thrall of these real-estate vampires sucking the life out of everyone.

You don't ever expect your landlord to be a scammer. Before I moved in there was no walk thru of the property in Epping. The day I moved in I there was a pile of dirt in the living room, a large front window in which the seal had been broken and looking at the window all you could see were lines and cloudiness, the fridge was scratched, and outside there was an old bouncing house and other trash. The day I moved in I contacted the property manager I had been dealing with to tell him about scratches in the upstairs floor and some other things. He told me that they had a new property manager Riley. I contacted her and she did have someone come in to fix the floor scratches. When she did come to check in at my apartment I also told her about the other things wrong and that I was suprised there was no sign in sheet where I could check off problems. She commented that is one thing she would like to start as being the new property manager. I did tell her the other things wrong example the shower turning itself off and my high electric bill even though even set at 70 my first floor of the apartment was really cold so I had to sit upstairs for the first 5 weeks. I told her that you could see what through the front door and it needed to be repaired as that is what was causing the draft. I was really just looking for them to put insulation tape or something to help. I was told that while I was away on my February vacation that they would take care of it. They did fix a few other things but nothing to the door. When I sent an email to Nick Gray and Riley and simply said I was disappointed the door wasn't fixed, Riley called me and was pretty nasty. To the point of being abusive. She basically threatened me that if they fixed the door before August and it swelled up because of summer heat they would not do anything for me. This was in March. When my lease was up the company took $800 out of my deposit due to the scratches on the fridge which we're there when I moved in. When I contacted them to let them know, the new property manager (third one in a year) basically threatened to also charge me for paint drips in my tub that also been there when I moved in. It was obviously done by their painters sometime before I moved in. I can't believe a company of this caliber is swindling people out of their deposits. Also there was no walk though or check out sheet.

His negotiating skills were an asset. I had heard horror stories from friends about the many offers on the many houses they had submitted before they finally were accepted. Or the crazy seller's request that they had to accept just to be in the running for the property. I was astonished that I wasn't in a crazy bidding war and didn't have to waive any inspections or take the property "as is" just to get into contract. There was some back and forth, but for the most part everything moved quickly and easily. Not being from New England there were so many things about the properties that I was unfamiliar with, including heating systems, septic tanks and dealing with snow. Working with Mark I learned about the many things one must take into consideration when moving to a 4 season climate. It did take me a bit to find the right house, but Mark continued to work with me until I found one that I was really happy with. I would highly recommend Mark and his team if you are looking to buy a house in New Hampshire!
