    Unresponsive, ignore e-mails. Manages abutting property which causes major conflict of interests. Very closed-minded.

    Nothing is getting done on property... everything is handled via email with no response. Unable to contact anyone.

    They don't uphold any of their rules. They aren't prompt on plowing, they let people park wherever…read morethey want on the street, they let other people use your numbered parking spot. Your windows will not be installed correctly and will leak inside your unit every rain storm, causing mold buildup on every single window sill. Your basement will also leak during rain storms and ruin possessions you have in there. They don't vacuum prior to your move in and they paint over the previous tenant's cat hair on the walls. Your "new" dishwasher also will not be installed correctly and will leak onto your kitchen floor every time you run it. None of the other tenants pick up after their dogs so there is dog poop literally everywhere you walk. These units are way too expensive for what you get and I truly can't believe they get away with this theft. Please do not move here.

The pool key hardly works and most time you you can only use one door because you can slip your arm in to open it. the gym key never works and when it finally did there weight selection is only heavy weights. when we do go to the pool we usually end up leaving because the sprinkler system will go off and soak the tables our dry towels are on. we went to the pool for an hour and the sprinkler came on twice while we were there in the middle of the da. there are also cracks in my ceiling and in my basement water and mice come in through the basement but don't worry they make you pay a ton so they can have pest people come but I still have mice in my house. the biggest issue we have is that management alway has an excuse why things are not being fixed or replace. I have been waiting for a new dishwasher for two years. I have been constant on them for 3 months now and I was told in October I would get one in 5 days. then in November 2 days before Thanksgiving I saw them putting a new dishwasher into my neighbors apartment! when i put in another claim about the dishwasher I then got an email saying "it was taken care of" when I spoke with Dina all I got was stupid excuse. oh covid is delaying this oh we have a Lowell's card for things like this oh your dishwasher won't be here for another week. On top of it there was absolute no responsibility taken for all of this or even an apology for all the headaches I am being put through. I have had 3 different people tell me all different things! if you have to pay over $2000 a month for a place you would expect better quality. plus no one picks up their dogs shit so I have to constantly remind my children to watch their step when they want to play outside or even walk on the side walk. there is always people parking on the side walk so it makes it tricky to park in our spots and also makes it hard to walk on the side walk. when our lease is up you better believe we are not signing another one with them. would not recommend this place to anyone. oh and in less than 2 years they raised rent $600. also when management wants to notify you they will give you only 2 days before something is going to change or happen. like when they had the fire department come to test the smoke detector. we were told we either need to be home with our dog or we need to find a place for him to go. 2 days is all I had to find a place to place my dog for a day. also half way through September closer to the end of the month we were told that they were no longer going to be pay the water and sewer and we would be responsible for it and we have to pay windsor and they will pay the water bill people. so on top of the $600 rent increases our rent has now gone up another $150 so $750 in less than 2 years. they say they want you to stay but they do nothing to really keep you.

    This property has been updated as of late and has really improved from what the other reviewers…read morehave been saying. I have had no real problems getting in contact with the management and I have been helped without much delay. Though my neighbors have been annoying from time to time its really not Elm Grove's fault. I have contacted the correct authorities and they have been dealt with accordingly. I have lived in a bunch of different rental properties and each have their quirks. Elm Grove tries it's best to address any concerns I have and really, that's all I can ask.

I don't know maybe six months or something., took them six months to get me an Exterminator they got me one they had a contract with, and they never finished their job. They put glue traps down to monitor the situation and now that's been several months. They never came back to monitor the glue traps, so I collected them on myself and put them into bags around the apartment.. that shows unfinished business. Management came over during winter months when the bugs go in the wall into hibernation. I wasn't thinking he handed me a paper stating I am content with my apartment. I signed it thinking the Exterminator came. I haven't seen anything not realizing in the winter they go into the walls well now we're in summer and I believe they're in the HVAC they were my daughter's ceiling split open. Water came down with bugs in it lots of them and they blame me for multiple reasons. It was my dog's fault emotional support. Then it was my daughter who was disabled the odor in her bedroom. And then I probably brought them in now. Let me tell you I have two different types of carpet beetles I'm infested with my furniture my bed. Everything I bought here is brand new. I did a two-year payment plan on my furniture. I can't bring any of it with me. I can't replace it my daughter like her stuffed animals. She's collected her whole life. She she's 18 disabled.. They handed me information on other tenants three pages worth and personal information. My rent ledger is off the hook. I've gone over it with them tons of times to show me where I owe rent and they just hand me another three year ledger nothing specific because they don't know where it is coming from. I don't think I owe anything anyways because they brought me to court twice for it and I produce my bank statements. It gets dismissed but they kept $620 anyway.. now I have immuno compromised. I have diabetes. My skin has got contact dermatitis all over it. I have conjunctivitis. I have yeast on my scalp inflammation and contact dermatitis. My daughter that's 18 disabled is losing her hair all over her bed in a clump my hair is all over my bed falling out. I was in the supermarket with a ponytail. I leaned over and there was a quarter inch larvae in my hair at the end of the ponytail I was devastated. My mental health is declined so bad that my social worker wants to put me in the hospital because she sees what I'm going through.. I've had the Board Of Health in here. I've had an inspector in here and I'm going up and above and beyond. I've called multiple places in Boston and emailed them. I'm going to Fox 25 news. They only change the AFL to once a year when you haven't investigation or a pet, it should be every three months. I have everything in pictures emails text and videos now they take me to court for one piece of paper I didn't sign a year ago because I told him how unprofessionally is he is just trying to pull shit out of a hat to evict me which I wanna leave more than they want me out at this point, but I have no money to buy more furniture. I did a two-year payment plan. I can't replace all my clothes. My clothes have holes in them that are hanging clean in my closet not bringing anything with me. I've had two major back surgeries live in here and I'm on my own with my daughter. They are heartless. I also had a neighbor yesterday reach out to me and told me they found two Larvae in their house, but they're afraid to say anything because what they're doing to me as a construction issue. It started with my dryer and not working in 2024. There was a birds nest in it. I got a brand new driving guess what it's exactly the same month two years later my dryer is not working. I have to run it 4 to 5 times for it to dry flows what do you think in the vents?? I'm getting really sick here. I'm going to get life insurance policy. That's how sick I am. I'm worried about my daughter.. she's also legally blind. I'm allergic to dust mites and cockroaches. I found out in my 20s and I put it in the Internet. Is it possible I could be allergic to carpet beetles they said most definitely they carry the same proteins.. oh that's the other thing they told me that carpet beetles do not come from birds nest‍ that is the main place they come from I've been studying them for a year and a half now I looked at the studies of different universities around the United States. They need to do some homework because this is a construction issue. It's all over all the buildings at the Tidewater in Salisbury. Be careful.. if you're gonna rent check the reviews on the management company I learned a big lesson.

    This company leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. I have lived at my present address for 10…read moreyears and I mostly try not to make any complaints because both board members are my neighbors. It is difficult to make complaints against any board member because they do not really want to address it with them and they offer little in resolution when there is a problem. I was sent a bill for trash around a bush without ever being given a warning first. The rules say first offense $25 fine after being given a notice, 2nd offense $50 fine. I got not notification of the offense, and they charged me $50 for the offense! I was a bit upset about that so I proceeded to take photos of the trash they had around the back of their unit and the bleep hit the fan and they've made my life miserable since. The previous property manager at the company sent me a nasty personal email, saying I was an old hag and should get a life and stop complaining! When you say these people are rude, you're being polite. There absolutely nasty and I'd fire them if I was on the board.

I asked a question over a year ago and still no response. I made an appointment to get a pool key and the process still took over an hour to get the key as they couldn't find the right association only to be given a key that didn't work. You pay a condo fee so you don't have to do things. The grass at our condos looks horrible, there is peeling paint everywhere and the condo fees go up every year! They never put anything out to bid and then say "they are the only ones" when there are companies to take care of things much closer. Keep looking if you are looking for a new condo management company.
