During the application process, the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. When I arrived this week, the property had been bought by a new management company and they new staff has been one of the best I've ever experienced. I cannot praise them enough. They really care about the residents feeling at home here. I needed help with something when I moved in and maintenance was done within the hour. Even the maintenance staff is incredibly polite and professional. I felt completely welcomed and appreciated. This is what apartment living should be like!!! Great place for dog lovers as well, plenty of trails for walking and they have a little dog park where our dogs play together. Summer time is lovely here as well, they have beautiful outside fire pit next to the pool and grills, they have another little picnic area with a bunch of grills it was nice to have friends over and we all each had our own grill for cookoffs :) I have to move for work but if i were to ever move back to NH I would move back here in a heartbeat.

I have no issues with the plowing of the lot especial after the extremely bad winter we have had. I thought management did an awesome job. Regarding maintenance request they are addressed within 2-5 day depending on the severity of the repair. I have never run out hot water, and the heat is fantastic have never been cold in my apartment We live in community of 660 units, and unfortunately you are going to have unruly and rude neighbors.

Legally, in the State of New Hampshire, landlords must return the security deposit (and interest) within 30 days of vacancy. If they violate this, the tenant is entitled to TWICE the security deposit, plus interest (see NH state law RSA 540-A:6 - A:8). Do they care about the law? No. They ignore my emails, and I have been to the leasing office in person 4 times, and this has not been resolved. I understand the management company is based in Florida, but if you operate in New Hampshire, you need to follow New Hampshire State law. Know you rights as tenants!

They care about unnecessary paint jobs for the front office and fake greenery for the walls while the actual buildings have bursting pipes in the main hall above the front door and faulty appliances, (due to the drying fans) fire alarms that went off everyday, multiple times per day for weeks afterwards, poor ventilation in bathrooms causing mold and mildew. The water restoration fans in our unit had to be on 24/7 for two weeks, and the office refused to compensate for the costs of the electric burden or even reply to multiple inquiries after we sent the documentation they asked for. When the seal was literally falling off of our refrigerator, it took them weeks (with our food spoiling) to replace the old one with a dented and scratched "new" one, when a plastic knob to operate our AC unit broke, we were told to just use pliers to turn it on. Our dishwasher stopped working about 10 days ago and they are claiming next week to repair/replace. The maintenance guys are good guys but are not paid enough, so they are chronically shortstaffed and too busy to make repairs. Maybe if they paid decently they could attract more people, but they don't care about the residents, just their appearance. We have been here 7 years and never once were even late on rent and this is how this company rewards good paying tenants. We will be moving out at the end of March and we will be speaking to local news and the BBB about these issues as they want an additional $4000.00 ON TOP OF March's rent when we move out. This company is a slum lord, albeit with a fancy front office, but a slum lord nonetheless. Rent elsewhere. You'll thank me.
