They tried to tell me I needed to deal with that but that's a lie- it is outside my unit and main part for the building. They lied about when the part was coming to deal with it causing scheduling an electrician for in unit to come back again to be impossible. We have had no stove or microwave for 3 days now and have only half panel of power to use for electricity for our whole condo. Maggie hung up on me, Tim said would talk to Tori then sent me to voicemail and never called back- then the office stopped answering at all. Craig is out of office and nobody handles his job when he's out so even an electrical issue isn't treated as an emergency - leaving a family unable to cook and with partial use of a breaker box. It's 7/6/26 and our Association still doesn't have answers requested on our March and April financials. We still do not have our June financials. The employee turnover in the Finance Dept is high. I have even copied upper management and the president of the company on emails and have gotten NO RESPONSE! They ignore email communications when you complain. They go weeks and weeks without responding. Maintenance is another joke. We have had a request in since 4/20/26. I have emailed several times to follow up and still have gotten no response. Run away very fast from this company. They have proven over and over they simply don't care about you. Our board is completely disappointed in their performance and our trust and faith in this company could not be any lower. But of course, they take their money on the first of every month.

It is now July and we have not had more than a day with out seeing a bug or being bitten and have voiced this to our property management multiple times. They send some bug company in every month to do a quick spot treatment and have never even organized a day to have the whole building done. I paid for two months with bugs and when I finally decided to withhold rent I received an eviction notice. This company is a joke. The owner Jan acts like the sweetest lady when you meet her and really makes you believe she's a genuinely nice person. I moved into a bug infested apartment that was filthy and nothing that she claimed would be cleaned or fixed was done. There's trash everywhere in the back of the house and she doesn't even provide enough barrels for all the tenants. She hires guys that are not professional at all and when I called the city to report her she had one of her guys let himself in my apartment to let the bug guy in for a non emergency spot treatment when she hadn't even had a full treatment done since I spoke to her last and told her in writing about the bugs. This man yelled at me to move out and walked around banging on my children's bedroom doors as they slept. Everyone in the building has admitted they have seen bugs for a long time but nothing is done. Every day there's something new to deal with and It has been nothing but stress and now we are having to get rid almost all of our furniture! If you are looking to rent in Manchester, stay away from LA Classic property management! Slum lords is to nice of a description!
