Our experience was so bad that it's difficult to summarize in a few sentences, but it began with over-promising/underperforming, then grew into abject incompetence and ultimately into fraudulent behavior that's continuing to this day. We never had our project finished, had numerous attempts to fix structural problems corrected (i.e. made safe and to code) compounded with further errors, and ultimately were ghosted for nearly 4 months after the GC and our only contact was fired. What ever you're reading on here providing praise is falsehood . Honestly. Been going back and forth with Junior and whomever it is that SOMETIMES answers the phone for about a month if not longer now. No call backs, apartments they guarantee no one is interested in end up being rented out without notifying you. You'll find yourself calling in, or worse going into their office in person (as my husband and I have done) to waste your time. DO NOT PAY THE APPLICATION FEE , it is a WASTE of money. I've never encountered such disagreeable service . I chose to forgo the horrible reviews , and try them anyway, they'll tell you they're working on a lot of aspects to improve service. Don't listen, it's the old wool over the eyes. In order for this company to succeed, they'll have to fire and rehire every individual "working" for this company. You guys need a good secretary , a couple PROFESSIONAL individuals to show the apartments, in APPROPRIATE ATTIRE , and a complete overhaul of your online system. Good luck.

    If I could leave zero stars I would. This company likes to nickel and dime condo associations and…read moredo very little work in the process. Our building needed work and as a board member, I was the one managing every project, sourcing quotes, and monitoring the progress and completion of each project. I had to monitor each penny we spent because on multiple occasions Evergreen would hire the same companies we told them we specifically did not want. There was even a time where I received an invoice for approval for another association. They were going to try and charge our account for another associations vendor. We went through seven managers in two years and finally after leaving, I got all of our association paperwork. In that paperwork is a copy of Silver Crossing Condo association landscaping contract. We are not Silver Crossing, we are Intervale place condo association. SILVER CROSSING BOARD MEMBERS, if you happen to see this, please reach out, as I'm happy to hand the contract back over to you. Not to mention this has happened on multiple occasions. I would get emails for other associations from the managers. I had also received the financial information for another association when I was requesting it for my own. Major breach in confidentialities at this management company. They clearly have too big of a workload and not enough people managing. Ten associations to one manager is way too much. They breached our contract multiple times and refused refused to let us separate. I almost forgot to mention, they are always out of the office. I've never seen a company give more days off to its employees. It must be a great place to work. But when they are in the office, for some reason nobody likes to pick up the phone ever. I had multiple people in my building tell me they were on the phone either on hold or had to call back every half hour or so to get somebody on the phone. Nobody likes to communicate at this company for some reason, but they will "yes" you to death in emails (although they wont actually do their job) when they do respond. This is a great company if you want somebody to take all of your money and do nothing for it. We were with them for 3 long years- we tried to leave after a year and a half.

These units are totally infested. I had to break my lease due to the infestation and finding roaches in my keurig, counters, silverware drawers , livingroom couch, and bedroom. As I was giving my property manager the key, he said " I wish they could do a deeper spray" I had a years worth of Roach pictures. #7 just moved in and is mortified that they have found roaches as they were not told there are roaches in the building. However, when there was a recent flood in my unit #15, they did respond to my request because my property manager was ignoring my call. Renters and buyers need to be aware they will have roaches for pets.

    If I could give no stars I would. I moved to New Hampshire in March right before COVID with my…read morethree children to pursue a better job. Quickly after moving in we started seeing bed bugs. It is now July and we have not had more than a day with out seeing a bug or being bitten and have voiced this to our property management multiple times. They send some bug company in every month to do a quick spot treatment and have never even organized a day to have the whole building done. I paid for two months with bugs and when I finally decided to withhold rent I received an eviction notice. This company is a joke. The owner Jan acts like the sweetest lady when you meet her and really makes you believe she's a genuinely nice person. I moved into a bug infested apartment that was filthy and nothing that she claimed would be cleaned or fixed was done. There's trash everywhere in the back of the house and she doesn't even provide enough barrels for all the tenants. She hires guys that are not professional at all and when I called the city to report her she had one of her guys let himself in my apartment to let the bug guy in for a non emergency spot treatment when she hadn't even had a full treatment done since I spoke to her last and told her in writing about the bugs. This man yelled at me to move out and walked around banging on my children's bedroom doors as they slept. Everyone in the building has admitted they have seen bugs for a long time but nothing is done. Every day there's something new to deal with and It has been nothing but stress and now we are having to get rid almost all of our furniture! If you are looking to rent in Manchester, stay away from LA Classic property management! Slum lords is to nice of a description!
