Total Solutions isn't as bad as the reviews below indicate. There were a couple minor bumps, but…read moreoverall I was satisfied renting from them. Positive: 1. I needed to find an apartment quickly because the house I was renting sold. Dave matched me with the perfect condo in a nice neighborhood with a 5 min drive to my work. He knew exactly what I was looking for with 2 kids and helped save me time. 2. Due to a divorce, my credit was terrible and there was even an adverse account from a rental property agency on my credit report from a balance I owed. I explained that was from my ex husband and they pleaded my case to the owners and they accepted my reason so i could move in quickly. 3. I was slightly short on the income qualifications, but showed I was working 2 jobs and they let it slide. 4. When some stranger randomly submitted a complaint about me to Total Solutions, they asked me if it were true (it was not) and gave me the benefit of the doubt. 5. My rent was always paid by the first week of the month and they were very fair if it were a few days late. 6. I received a letter telling me I had 30 days to vacate the condo-I guess it went into foreclosure-and they worked with me to extend it out months until my kids were out of school for the summer so I didn't have to make my kids change schools. Slightly Negative 1. I didn't receive my full security deposit back. I had put down $1275 and got $1,000 back even though the apartment was left spotless. Dave found a Cheerio wedged between the patio door and a scuff mark on the walk (could have easily been wiped off), so they took the $275 to paint the place. 2. A contractor that came to fix the ceiling in my bathroom took a little while, but it was fixed right and never experienced the problem again. Overall, it was a good experience. The only reason I am writing this review is because I was looking for their website to refer a friend of mine to rent from them and I stumbled upon all these horrible reviews and wanted to share my positive experience.

What ever you're reading on here providing praise is falsehood . Honestly. Been going back and forth with Junior and whomever it is that SOMETIMES answers the phone for about a month if not longer now. No call backs, apartments they guarantee no one is interested in end up being rented out without notifying you. You'll find yourself calling in, or worse going into their office in person (as my husband and I have done) to waste your time. DO NOT PAY THE APPLICATION FEE , it is a WASTE of money. I've never encountered such disagreeable service . I chose to forgo the horrible reviews , and try them anyway, they'll tell you they're working on a lot of aspects to improve service. Don't listen, it's the old wool over the eyes. In order for this company to succeed, they'll have to fire and rehire every individual "working" for this company. You guys need a good secretary , a couple PROFESSIONAL individuals to show the apartments, in APPROPRIATE ATTIRE , and a complete overhaul of your online system. Good luck.

Leasing…read moreoffice mishandles personal property and often times throws out your personal property without notifying you or properly reimbursing you for half of your clothes and severe emotional distress. The apartment we stayed in was in was Lofts at Mill One and it is so bad quality (infested with bugs, damage everywhere, windows not properly installed). Not to mention, the apartment started construction at 7am right outside our room which lasted for about a month even though we asked them to move it to the normal working hours of the day, the workers still decided to come as early as 7am. Things constantly broke and when we would reach out to maintenance to fix it, they would takes weeks to even fix a ceiling light. The apartment itself did not reflect the high rent of quality we were paying, it was honestly a scam and the amenities are not worth it (gym is very small with barely any equipment). Most of the Brady Sulllivan apartments that we have toured are like this unfortunately. Leasing office is also unprofessional when in correspondence with their residents. Believe reviews that are consistent about how slow maintenance is, or how bad parking is especially when it snows and you come back at work at around 5pm and they're telling you to move it two blocks away from here. Do your research and you will see similar reviews about very low quality, high rent, bad maintenance, and serious unprofessionalism. The leasing office says "everything is clearly stated in the lease and our rules are there to protect residents", it's up to you whether you want to live here but honestly I wish I had done more research and saved myself a year of giving Brady Sullivan my money. There are better apartments than staying at the lofts. Be smart and find the quality you deserve to stay in elsewhere.

You don't ever expect your landlord to be a scammer. Before I moved in there was no walk thru of the property in Epping. The day I moved in I there was a pile of dirt in the living room, a large front window in which the seal had been broken and looking at the window all you could see were lines and cloudiness, the fridge was scratched, and outside there was an old bouncing house and other trash. The day I moved in I contacted the property manager I had been dealing with to tell him about scratches in the upstairs floor and some other things. He told me that they had a new property manager Riley. I contacted her and she did have someone come in to fix the floor scratches. When she did come to check in at my apartment I also told her about the other things wrong and that I was suprised there was no sign in sheet where I could check off problems. She commented that is one thing she would like to start as being the new property manager. I did tell her the other things wrong example the shower turning itself off and my high electric bill even though even set at 70 my first floor of the apartment was really cold so I had to sit upstairs for the first 5 weeks. I told her that you could see what through the front door and it needed to be repaired as that is what was causing the draft. I was really just looking for them to put insulation tape or something to help. I was told that while I was away on my February vacation that they would take care of it. They did fix a few other things but nothing to the door. When I sent an email to Nick Gray and Riley and simply said I was disappointed the door wasn't fixed, Riley called me and was pretty nasty. To the point of being abusive. She basically threatened me that if they fixed the door before August and it swelled up because of summer heat they would not do anything for me. This was in March. When my lease was up the company took $800 out of my deposit due to the scratches on the fridge which we're there when I moved in. When I contacted them to let them know, the new property manager (third one in a year) basically threatened to also charge me for paint drips in my tub that also been there when I moved in. It was obviously done by their painters sometime before I moved in. I can't believe a company of this caliber is swindling people out of their deposits. Also there was no walk though or check out sheet.

It is now July and we have not had more than a day with out seeing a bug or being bitten and have voiced this to our property management multiple times. They send some bug company in every month to do a quick spot treatment and have never even organized a day to have the whole building done. I paid for two months with bugs and when I finally decided to withhold rent I received an eviction notice. This company is a joke. The owner Jan acts like the sweetest lady when you meet her and really makes you believe she's a genuinely nice person. I moved into a bug infested apartment that was filthy and nothing that she claimed would be cleaned or fixed was done. There's trash everywhere in the back of the house and she doesn't even provide enough barrels for all the tenants. She hires guys that are not professional at all and when I called the city to report her she had one of her guys let himself in my apartment to let the bug guy in for a non emergency spot treatment when she hadn't even had a full treatment done since I spoke to her last and told her in writing about the bugs. This man yelled at me to move out and walked around banging on my children's bedroom doors as they slept. Everyone in the building has admitted they have seen bugs for a long time but nothing is done. Every day there's something new to deal with and It has been nothing but stress and now we are having to get rid almost all of our furniture! If you are looking to rent in Manchester, stay away from LA Classic property management! Slum lords is to nice of a description!

I had heard horror stories from friends about the many offers on the many houses they had submitted before they finally were accepted. Or the crazy seller's request that they had to accept just to be in the running for the property. I was astonished that I wasn't in a crazy bidding war and didn't have to waive any inspections or take the property "as is" just to get into contract. There was some back and forth, but for the most part everything moved quickly and easily. Not being from New England there were so many things about the properties that I was unfamiliar with, including heating systems, septic tanks and dealing with snow. Working with Mark I learned about the many things one must take into consideration when moving to a 4 season climate. It did take me a bit to find the right house, but Mark continued to work with me until I found one that I was really happy with. I would highly recommend Mark and his team if you are looking to buy a house in New Hampshire!
