It took 4 days of texts to get a response from them. The place was dirty; smelled like mold and the food commissary above it was noisy. Go to a legitimate storage. Save your sanity!

Everything was super easy and they were both very helpful, and it was all fast enough that even though my movers were right behind me, it was no problem to do the check in right then.

The unit above had toxic cleaning supplies leak to ruin my stored items. Shortly afterwards the unit leaked during a rainstorm and further ruined my mother paintings that were stored there. They hike up prices unexpectedly (5 months in $213 to $223 plus tax and service fee), back out of commitments, and twist your words. Initially, they may seem friendly, but don't be fooled they're not helpful at all. Their strategy is to lure you in with 'low rates' and then significantly increase them. Also I recently lost my job so going through a bit of a financial struggle, I have accumulated some late fees, which they are fast to apply but when it comes to a credit I am owed I have been on them since May 28th to have it applied on my account and I am yet to see it. Lastly the elevators often don't work you would think with price increase the storage would be maintained but not the case. Do better PRIME Storage! Their sales associate Jose is condescending, rude and flat out the worst customer service representative I have encountered recently!!!
