Update: So my back was up against the wall last night *if you know this area, then you know that…read morefinding street parking is near impossible during evening hours* and against my better judgment I parked my truck here....... again (how silly of me). When I arrived in the morning, I found it extremely odd that my truck was buried in the back. That's a bad sign, they normally would park me alongside the wall near the entrance of the garage. Long story short, they fully discharged my battery AGAIN bringing the number of times they have done this to me to 4 (and it was the exact same parking attendant there in the morning that I have had the past issue with, I had hoped that he had long been fired) NOTHING has changed. Park here at your own risk. *Note They discharge your battery, charge you $20 for a jump...... using an unsuspecting motorists vehicle as the jump source. So even if they don't discharge your battery, you will never know if they have used your vehicle to provide a jump. No one's car is safe here. Just think, if he does this 5x a day, that $100 bucks... easy.

Hey Entrepreneurs! Wanna start a business in this area of Harlem? Forget the coffee shop,…read morerestaurant, or bar! Construct a parking garage! We'd certainly appreciate it and I'm sure that you could do well, assuming you take care of your patrons. The area is starving for more parking options. CASH ONLY HERE! And they don't tell you when you drop off your car. He pointed me to the sign in the window that says "No credit cards at this time." But, unless you go to the window when you drop off your car - which no one does because you just stop your car, get the ticket and walk out - you would never see the sign. The rep insisted that they told me, but they obviously didn't because I would have brought cash if I had known. So, you have to go out to get cash, get raped with a $3.50 ATM surcharge, while time is still ticking on your parking. I inquired about the monthly fee, but, after my experience, I'm not sure if I want to deal with them. Unfortunately, there are no other options in this area for covered monthly parking.

Kendall the assistant manager first called me to welcome me before I left Hawaii. Then when my flight got in early from Hawaii she opened her office early to let me hold my five suitcases in a warm place. She then patiently demonstrated how their security lock worked and made sure I could do it by myself. A few days later i met Chris the interim manager who complimented me on my Opera singing. He jokedly asked if I would do duet with him at Carnegie Hall. Love the service and the people providing superlative beyond the normal call of duty.

You communicate via text with various people there who say different things. You get a code to access a location for a visit. They claim all spaces are taken when spaces are vacant. Since they don't have a current list and unknown people are squatting in empty spaces-this leads to excess texts and more confusion. I just left a space in Hells Kitchen due to water damage. It took 4 days of texts to get a response from them. The place was dirty; smelled like mold and the food commissary above it was noisy. Go to a legitimate storage. Save your sanity!
