Worst experience I've ever had. After months of service, not once has our order been right. Plus, when called to ask 'why is it so hard to get it right', nothing but attitude. Canceled. After eight years in business I have never dealt with a more crooked and horribly run business as this one. I had their service for years and It was ok at best but when I discontinued service it was impossible. I paid all remaining balance and returned the cooler myself in person. I still got another couple of recurring payments after that. Then called to make sure my payment information was deleted and confirmed everything was done. I then recently got a collections company saying I owe them hundreds of dollars after at least a year later. I called Readyrefresh, and they sent me to the collections people. Then they told me to call ReadyRefresh. I am one of many many this exact thing has happened to. They are now hurting my credit for no reason and they are a 0 out of 100 on customer service. If you want the worst lingering problem you have ever had this is the place for you! Such a simple business to mess up like this so bad. I am now telling all the people in our building that are using them and have complained to us about a similar experience what has happened and they are also starting the long process of trying to end business with this company. I have used ReadyFresh for about a year but am going to cancel the service today after the latest fiasco. They never come on the day they are scheduled to come. Sometimes they let you know, sometimes they don't. My husband called the 800 number yesterday because we were fed up. After being on hold 28 minutes, a recording came on saying they were no longer taking calls and hung up on him. I sent an email last night explaining this. This morning I got a text telling me the delivery was coming tomorrow ( one week late). No apology or reference at all to my email. Horrible customer service!!! read more

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Contacting customer service is impossible. Want to cancel? Good luck. You want water? It's going to be rescheduled for the next three weeks. I still can't get ahold of this company. My last delivery was rescheduled five times... when I moved I attempted to cancel due to the area I was moving to might not have been accessible. They offered a $25 move rebate (that was never applied) and just changed my address. They in fact are not able to deliver to my address. This last delivery after being rescheduled five times I got my water three weeks after the initial schedule date. And now I have a notification that a delivery was rescheduled for this week... we just got our water last week and my next delivery wasn't supposed to be until November. I attempted customer service and have heard nothing back. I can't ever recommend this company. read more

The service is extremely poor. Every month I have to call them several times before getting a live person to speak to but not before spending 30 minutes on hold. I have to call because every month my delivery date is screwed up. They even charged me a change of date fee when all along they are the ones who screwed up the delivery date. This company has a major problem with deliveries. They deliver to the wrong place, the wrong amount, bill for the wrong amount. If I could give negative stars I would! Horrible company to get water deliveries from. First of all, they are overpriced and customer service sucks. They billed me for products I only ordered once and continued to deliver even though I told them not to. I decided to close account and got run around and had to almost beg them to pick up empty bottles so they wouldn't charge for that! They give you lies and run around when you speak to them. Let me start with...if you need to talk to someone, you will be on hold for 20+ minutes. Second..I bought a bottom loader water cooler. The first one broken down after 6 months, I received the replacement on April 27th...it's already broke. I called waited 25 minutes...to get a 50 dollar credit..even though the cooler cost 140 and just came out of the box. Don't waste your money or time with them. read more

Zero stars. I only gave you one because you made me. This company has terrible customer service. They always are "experiencing high call volume" or other nonsense. They have not invoiced us for several billing cycles-now, they have held up my delivery due to this. When I went online to pay the amount in full, "we are currently experiencing technical difficulties so may not be able to service your request at this time" so needless to say, the payment couldn't be processed and I'm not getting my water today. I am definitely looking for another option for our company's distilled water needs. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, someone just picked up the phone only to disconnect my call. The delivery service is unrelaible and their customer service is horrible​. I have tried several times to cancel service but can not get a hold of anyone. Finally just canceled my credit card to avoid further billing and filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Maybe they can help with the process going forward. Very bad service ..for the past 4 months my deliveries have been rescheduled from next day to next day and next day over week with no water service and still charge me for delayed deliveries and ask for tips...I am done this will be my last month I will go back to buying cases of water from SAMS club..I dnt even want to give 1 star. read more

Called the customer service number only for the recording to tell me that no customer services reps are available, period, hang up. I would leave a zero star if possible. The company consistently fails to deliver water on my scheduled dates and, although I am signed up to receive notifications, I am never notified that my delivery has been rescheduled. I've also had partial deliveries dropped off and was told they would be back with the remainder of the order, but never returned. When contacting customer service, which is a joke, I was told the driver never notified them that he only delivered part of my order and the remainder needed to be rescheduled. Anytime you call customer service you should plan on being on hold for 20-60 minutes. The customer service representatives are unprofessional and disrespectful. They are not helpful in the least. It is sad that they used to be such a great company and now their service is pathetic. read more

I will never use this service again. Would give zero stars if I could. When I finally decided to cancel their services, they claimed that my card was getting declined the whole time even though they kept delivering water to me and letting me rent a machine. They had no track record of me paying. them. So after I closed my account, they sent me a final notice.. I told them that I couldn't pay such a high bill for something they claimed I never payed for. They kept billing me $20 late payments every month for about 6 months even though I called them everytime and told them to stop because I am no longer a customer, and that they need to send the original bill to collections. They refused and kept billing me late payments for months until I received a final letter. I was on the phone monthly with issues while using this company. read more

Not a convenient company to work with. They can't seem to After receiving a confirmation email, my last delivery didn't show up and their explanation was that they had moved it to the next day. An email stating as such would've been helpful considering that I had to lug all 9 empties back into my apartment and then put them back out that night. The phone rep wasn't very responsive. This was the third time in 6 months that they did not show up as scheduled. You have to choose your date days in advance, so if you run out of water without noticing you are running low, you will have to choose a date 3 or 4 days out. The recurring delivery option doesn't work. I've scheduled recurring several times only to realize that the order isn't being filled for some reason. Not solution offered by customer service. So I have to resort to watching my last bottle level and ordering before I run out. AND customer service take 10-15 minutes to answer. It's always high call volume. read more
