So, I waited on Tuesday November 2nd, and the time passed and then I called Sparkletts and they said I wasn't routed yet to my neighborhood and they guaranteed me a delivery on Thursday, November 4th, 2021 from 8-12am. It's now November 4th, 2021 and they are now indicating to me that it takes about 24-72 hours prior to being routed. This is "bullshit". I have never been treated this way with any company. Different customer support people do not know what to say, and they make up stuff so that the customer feels like they are content with the service. I am now waiting for a supervisor on a call to talk with because, now it seems that I have to wait a few more days for service. I'm from the west coast and it's not like this over there. I moved to Texas and I feel that I'm being put to the back of the line because, Customer Support can't make their mind up on what to say to their customers. I wonder how this company stays in business in Texas. I also don't understand why in their website it says that I can pick a date and nobody shows up. If there is a 24-72 hour wait time to be routed, then it shouldn't give me a date to pick from two to four days after making the initial order. This is the second time, I have tried with sparkletts to start an order and they seem to make the order more complicated and complicated from trying to get a business with this company. They just brushed off the fact that I told them to take that option off if there is a 24-72 hours prior to being routed for the delivery to take place. I spoke to someone on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021 and she said that she guarantees delivery on November 4th, 2021 between 8am-12pm. So, I now called again over twice now and they just said that they called the Manager for Routing/Delivery and that he has to figure out if he has extra equipment and bottles of water to be delivered today. And, after a few minutes, Rhonda indicates that it might not be to day or maybe another day if the Manager says that I have been routed for delivery. I caught her in a lie because, she originally said that they would deliver today and now she's telling me that it might not be today. I will see if they deliver today and if they don't, I'm cancelling the service and looking somewhere else for service. Today, November 4th, 2021, a manager from the sparkletts office here in San Antonio/Converse, TX, has resolved the issues and his delivery person has delivered the 5 gallon spring water bottles and also the manager has delivered the Storm Bottom Loader Hot & Cold Equipment himself and has showed me as to how to use it and also how to change the bottle from the bottom of the tower. I has made my day so much better with these two (the Manager & Delivery person), with their fast response and delivery promises. Thank You again for the fast delivery, honesty, and understanding through this whole situation.

Primo Brands now owns ReadyFresh and Sparkletts…read more An absolute disaster of leadership and change management by the acquiring company. I did not know the local company, ReadyFresh, was being acquired by Primo Brands. Had I known how badly the change management was going to be, I would never have signed up. My first delivery in April and second delivery in May went smoothly. For July, I used their mobile app to move our delivery up by three business days; well within their delivery edit time frame. My target delivery date for Wed, July 25th, was completely missed and with zero advance notice. I had to check the mobile app to find out it was delayed to Friday, July 27th. Not the biggest deal. Delays sometimes happen and we can pick up a case of water bottles for our customers till Friday. When the delivery no-showed again on Friday, AGAIN without advance notice, I had to find out through the app that it was now delayed to Monday, June 30th. I emailed customer service asking if these type of no notice delays were common. They replied the next day stating delays due to service merges across branches and assured me that our delivery for Monday, June 30th, will be made by 6pm. You won't have to guess that they no-showed on Monday, June 30th. AGAIN, without notice. They no-showed on Tuesday, July 1st, WITHOUT NOTICE. And now, checking the mobile app, our delivery is now set for July 2nd. They have completed eroded what little trust they had and now I can not count on them being able to deliver water on time for our staff and customers. BUYER BEWARE.

I just got a Culligan HE water softener. I had been communicating with the service representatives…read morewho answered all my questions. Once I decided to go forward, the installation went very smoothly. The installers and two service reps were on time and one service rep helped me move things in my garage for the piping to be installed and then helped me put it all back once the install was completed. I've had the unit for a week and they came out today to review the system and to tesI the water. I don't have any more chlorine and I have soft water starting to flow through. I feel taken care of if I need anything or have questions. I highly recommend Culligan.

Unfortunately these last 2 weeks we experienced yellow water & low water pressure. Called Culligan and was told it was not a water softener issue. Had plumbers come check our tankless water heater and run various diagnostics. Called SAWS. Called 2 appliance repair companies and everyone said the same "it has to be your water softener." A Culligan tech stopped by for maintenance and told us all was working well even though he was only here for a couple of minutes. The issues persisted. Again called plumbers, SAWS, appliance techs and was told the same. At this point we had been dealing with the issue for 2 weeks! We decided to call Culligan again, even though their technician had been here days before, and reached them after hours. We are so incredibly blessed it was Adan O who was on call and returned our call. Immediately he knew the issue!!! He came by that same evening and was able to resolve the issue in minutes. We dealt with this for 2 WEEKS!!! If it weren't for Adan, we'd be canceling our contract.

Texas Alkaline taste clean and overall taste better than other water places that I have gone to in…read morethe past. You can definitely tell the difference. This year I gave up buying plastic bottles, plastic straws, plastic bags and a number of other wasteful and frivolous luxuries that are not necessary and take more energy to produce than warranted. Switched to reusables and started getting a better product for my drinking supply. Hundreds of water bottles are used in a year by the average person. This water bottle plastic goes to land fills each year, not nearly as you would think are getting recycled.Although recycling can help to some degree it is very nuanced with plastic on how effective that can be in reality.Yes,recycle when you can but using reusables is ultimately better. I feel really good about picking up bottles for my home as well as my business knowing all the bottles of water in BPA plastic wont be making it into the hands of friends and family as well as knowledge that we are drinking a better product. Most standard bottled waters are more acidic than you would think and loaded with bpa's.Most bottle water will straight up turn a litmus strip yellow or green when you should be looking for a blue result so what you are putting into your body is neutral. Texas Alkaline offers 9.5ph and a high alkaline a 10ph.Usually We buy the 9.5 for home use and get a high alkaline for office and business use. There is much that has been said of the overall benefits of drinking alkaline water and although it is great for most (I encourage you to research). What we know for certain is that the water is rich in alkalizing compounds, including calcium, silica, potassium, magnesium, and bicarbonate that can be beneficial for many and there is a lot of information available if you do a little digging. Ultimately,I think it taste better and works well for us but I would highly recommend this place they are friendly and kind and always very helpful. I believe they have delivery options as well but we like to come here and fill our own bottles since everyone is so friendly and we like to get snacks from Munch on in the same shopping center. We discovered Munch on after leaving here one day and I would recommend them too if you are a health cautious individual.
