He stated he could work on my water softener system and asked me to send a picture of what was wrong if possible. I sent him two photographs of the water lines that were split. He called back within 10 minutes and said he could fix this for me immediately. I asked the cost and he stated $65. I asked if that was just for the labor and he repeated no, that price includes parts, labor and service call. Other water systems service organizations had estimated $275 simply for the service call. Carlo came to my home the next day, repaired my system and charged me $65 just as he had estimated. He he was prompt in responding to my request, on time for the appointment, and had my system running again in about 15 minutes. I cannot recommend Carlo Saenz highly enough. He is formally my water system expert going forward. Do not hesitate to call him if you have water system issues or are looking to purchase. You will be quite pleased with the results!

They were willing to negotiate and offered us a military discount which sealed the deal for us. However, the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because from the date of sale, we waited about 6 weeks before they could actually schedule the install. We were told they could install the softener internally to avoid HOA politics but on the day of service, we were told this was not possible, although they did make an attempt. We ended up having to buy a shed which pretty much came at the cost of their discount and going through our HOA anyway. They came back the next day to finish the job. Overall, we were very happy with the service they provided despite that hiccup. Would recommend them for their service and professionalism.

This is a one-man shop - not a "company." For starters he installed the raw water into the carbon…read morefilter backwards, the 'updated' drain leaked and left salt all over the garage, and he lacked any basic sense of professionalism and called me a Karen and a Bozo because a customer expected him to resolve the issues his inferior services caused. This owner could have a) honored his assertions that he would swap out the filter and softener because we were experiencing smells from the second his equipment was installed [he also broke his word and did not swap out the units like he agreed he would], b) offered a refund and come remove his equipment and we both move on, or c) abandon the customer after ~60 days. The owner chose C. The owner also chose to call me a "Karen" and a Bozo because a customer expected him to resolve issues from his services and posted a low star rating of his company. His lack of customer service, professionalism, and installation are sufficient for a NO-star rating. This company is as big a joke as its name! The best advice this Neanderthal gave me was to place the system he installed in bypass for a month. We had to pay a real professional water company $500 to correct the poor installation done by Little Profit Water Softeners.
