However, the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because from the date of sale, we waited about 6 weeks before they could actually schedule the install. We were told they could install the softener internally to avoid HOA politics but on the day of service, we were told this was not possible, although they did make an attempt. We ended up having to buy a shed which pretty much came at the cost of their discount and going through our HOA anyway. They came back the next day to finish the job. Overall, we were very happy with the service they provided despite that hiccup. Would recommend them for their service and professionalism.

Within an hour, he was at my house checking out the situation. He must have thought I was crazy when I told him I hadn't opened the door to the water heater since it was installed. We never had any issues- so why would I? Of course, I didn't know that it was leaking a bit in a few places and getting ready to die a soggy death. David told me it outlived it's life expectancy. The very next morning, David and his apprentice, Joshua, installed a brand new water heater. They did some work with the pipes and installed a water pan and pressure regulator to bring everything up to code. The downstairs issue turned out to be just a seal, which is also a very minor fix. I declined the service and ended up doing the repair myself in about five minutes with an $8.99 part. I really only needed the technician to confirm what the issue was. I expected much more reasonable pricing and transparency for the reason of the pricing, and I hope they reconsider their pricing structure for loyal customers.

Aj and David were the technicians who showed up. They gave a real-time update in regards to their arrival as well as texted a photo with licensing verification. They're very professional and wasted no time getting to work. They were able to diagnose the problem relatively quickly. Noted I had a leaky PRV. They informed me that whoever built this house used the cheapest material PRV which was prone to bursting. They replaced it with a brass PRV and some of the piping as well to make it more weather resistant in less than 2 hours. Their pricing was fair. It's $89 for diagnostics but if you find them through Yelp, they'll give you $75 off the first service call. If you're military, they also give an additional 10% off. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of their work and would recommend their services to the community.
