Worst service in the world, they have rescheduled my water delivery over a week. They've been putting me on hold for an hour and a half. They keep telling me that they're gonna deliver it and it never comes. Supposedly primo water bought them out, but they're not even doing a good job either. They won't give a straight answer on what the hell is going on. More than 1500 customers have been neglected since Primo bought them out read more

I cancelled two account due to bad customer service experience and long call wait times. I was told the equipment on the first account would be picked up June 23, then 25 and June went by and the equipment sat there waiting for pick up. On the second account, I was told the equipment would be picked up July 2 then July 3 and then today but the equipment is still here. All this time, even after I cancelled both accounts, they are still billing me and charging my credit card. I tried to remove my credit card info but the account website would not let me. I will not use this company for water anymore. read more

Not happy when you all force a delivery I will set up when I am ready for my water to be delivered STOP BEING SO PUSHY read more

Do not use this company!!! They make it impossible to cancel your account! After turning in my dispenser, I called to cancel my account. After several attempts someone finally answered after 45mins of waiting for the next available customer assistant. Then passed around phone lines for another hour. When finally got someone to cancel they offered huge discount for a year (proving how much they over charge normally). After hanging up, I receive an email stating the previous action was not completed and if I needed further assistance please call back. This place needs a class action for all the people they scam and plain rip off!! read more

I've been trying to cancel this service since April 2025. totally incompetent customer service. it's cheaper to buy a reverse osmosis system (ro). I noticed they don't have a button for 'reviews' on the website. read more

Changed ownership to Primo and they were awful. There is no live person to ever talk to and when you do get someone on the line, they are from another country and can't help much because they have a script. They kept postponing delivery of our water and by the third delay and sixth week, we gave up. It still took another month for them to pick up the water cooler and even had the audacity to charge me $55. Never again. Stay away from this company and Primo Water. read more

Terrible company I haven't had any deliveries in a year then they fraudulently charged me for an overpriced delivery and delivered it to the wrong address! Don't waste your energy with this company. Scam read more

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They have now switched to Primo water delivery. They are even worse. They will charge you all kinds of fees. They do it underhandedly. And if you rent, their cooler doesn't matter if you've rented it for five years when you return it they charge you an almost $60 reconditioning fee for it. Avoid this company like the plague. Trying to close and cancel my service took me almost a month from the time I tried to get hold of them to the time they actually finally picked up my equipment. They also told me my account was closed on one day then a different email said another day I couldn't do anything by phone or app because it wasn't working and if I called by phone, I would be on hold for at least five minutes then it would send me to a survey and hang up on me. after my equipment was picked up and returned. I was charged after my account was closed the reconditioning fee as well as another monthly cooler rental fee and all the time I was communicating with them regarding closing my account not once did they tell me about a reconditioning fee of a five-year-old water cooler that when you do the math I paid at least $350 over that five year period to rent it read more

This company does not keep accurate records and charges the customer for non detailed charges. You cannot get back into website after closing account. You will never be contacted by the same person. Poorly run operation. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I initially signed up for this with a door to door to door salesman. Customer service is horrible, they NEVER make any sense, they NEVER understand your complaints. I finally cancelled my service, they picked up the equipment and I am STILL GETTING CHARGED. You can never get a hold of anyone, they sucks. Steer clear, buy your own dispenser on Amazon, and refill your waters at HEB. Way less expensive. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Waited two weeks for our water and unit. We were potentially going to be a new customer but they couldn't even get our product delivered. They rescheduled our delivery four times and didn't even notify us. I had to log-in to our account every time just to find out that the delivery was rescheduled once again! When I called they blamed it on "recent merger" a couple months ago. However, they have horrible reviews that date back up to 2019. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not to mention you are on hold for about 45 minutes every time before you can reach anyone. I wouldn't give it any stars at all. read more

For six months in a row, I have had items not delivered. This is unacceptable. I wind up paying the same $12.99 delivery fee for a $37 item. I can just pick it up from the store myself. The whole point of a bulk delivery service is to receive a bulk delivery. read more

ReadyRefresh - For six months in a row with missing items. This is unacceptable. I wind up paying the same $12.99 delivery fee for a $37 item. - Water Delivery Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I don't recommend this company. The deliveries are inconsistent. Only the first order came as scheduled. They just keep sending notices that it is delayed a day that ended up 1-2 weeks delayed. I wasted so much time putting the bottles out and pulling them back (cause we live in an apartment). I had to call several times to cancel cause they have high call volume and tell you to call back. Then I got charged the equipment rental fee cause it went to the next month before I could get a hold of them. Then after paying a monthly rental fee for the machine, I have to pay $50 to service the machine once they pick it up. We used a different company in the past and never had these issues. We moved to another state and tried this place cause a salesperson came to our door, but now we have contacted the previous service. read more

Started with Ozarka and they we're good. Then a few yrs ago it became Ready Refresh and was still good until a couple of months ago. First the charged me a late fee even though I'm on autopay. And their lousy customer service never could or would explain how that could happen. Then my scheduled January 10 delivery was pushed out to the 11th. Then to the 12th. Then to Feb 10. I was never notified that they were going to just skip January. All emails to the No Customer Service group get an auto reply to expect a reply in 5 days. So while all of this was going on I checked out H‑E‑B bottled water. No delivery but it's half the cost of RR. So I'm done with them. AMF Ready Refresh. read more

SCAM SCAM SCAAAAAAAA, we gave back the dispensers and their galones because their delivery system is crap and they started charging us 3.00 per month and then went to 30.00. I canceled the service, and they went back to offer 3.00 per month and then, boom!! it went up again, then they stop delivering and when I cancelled, they charged me 50.00 for the water dispenser !!!!!!!! Dont get this service, they are bad business read more

I have been using this company for years back when they were still "Ozarka". The service was great and reliable. After they changed their name to "ReadyRefresh" things seemed to get worse for some reason. The first big issue I had was getting things added to my order and I wasn't able to reach anyone to get it resolved. Finally I happened to be home when the delivery guy came and I talked to him about it. It shouldn't take months to get an issue like that resolved. Now I am simply trying to find out why my credit card has a $6 charge that isn't on my invoice. There is no way to contact customer support reasonably. The chat bot is pure garbage. No good company would throw that thing at customers. You can find a web form to email support that they will say gets back to you in 2 days. Nope. It goes into a void. Now I am going to have to figure out how to cancel this service. I am tired of them treating me, a regular, paying customer like crap. This company has some severe service issues and likely staffing issues. Instead of being honest about it and working wit customers they dump broken and useless FAQ walls and bots at people. Companies that treat customers like this do not deserve to survive. It is time for ReadyRefresh to go. read more

This is an awful company, please get your water deliveries from someone else. From missing delivery dates and timeframes, to rescheduling without giving you notice, to delivering extra bottles you did not order while increasing their prices. There really is no reason to continue doing business with them. If you try to reach out to customer service, you get an automated system or no one answers. Stay far away. read more

Although it is super convenient to have water delivered monthly (especially as I live on the 3rd floor of an apt complex), I canceled because the customer support is a HUGE pain to deal with and results for issues raised (most importantly, refunds) takes months, multiple phone calls, a stupid amount of explaining over and over to ever be resolved. They charged me for a service that was included in my membership and put the refund as a credit on my account with them (not my bank account), which would have been alright had they used that available credit to cover the cost of my future deliveries.....but they didnt. My bank was still being charged while that credit just sat on my ReadyRefresh account. It took 3 phone calls and multiple months to get it resolved. The reps couldn't explain why it was happening. I don't even think it's the reps fault. I don't think the company trains them well, if at all. Next, I received an email from them in July saying the prices were going up and realized I couldn't justify the cost anymore. I sent an email to cancel my account and was offered a $30 a month credit for 6 months to remain a customer. I'm lazy and this was an easy solution...so I thought. I should have known better. Instead, I accepted the offer and figured I'd just cancel in 6 months. The first month, I had to call because the credit wasn't applied. The second month, the credit was applied but my bill was double what it normally is. Why, you might ask?? I called and they explained the prices of the 5 gal water and the del fee DOUBLED...without them giving me any notice! The notice in July said the cost was going to go up $1.5 per 5 gallons, and the del fee was never mentioned....but now all of a sudden everything is doubled. Again, the rep couldn't explain why this happened. In the process of getting the cost adjusted, I realized they charged me another fee (for the dispenser) of $19.99 when it was always $2. I was told I'd be receiving a refund but who knows if or when it'll happen. When I never had any issues, having the service was super helpful. The past year, it's been nothing but headaches. read more

Did not have any problems ordering for two deliveries. Tried to order again and was not able to log into my account. Called customer service for a solution they said they would monitor my account. Did not make any sense to me because just like how fire fighters watch a fire to put it out makes sense. Waited a couple days tried to do it again and same issues. Contacted customer service again and they said there was already an account with my email............ I told them ya I know that is my account I can not get into it. They proceeded to tell me they can't do anything because there is already an account with that email. I told them to delete my account I was done and then all of a sudden started to try and help and find a solution told them to late delete my account. I highly and I mean highly recommend go anywhere else even. read more

This company forces you into auto pay by imposing frivilous late penalties of $20. They force auto pay so that the salesmen can bill for bottles dropped of whether needed or not. There have been times when we had 5 full bottles stacked up while we use only 1 per week. In addition, there have been instances where the bottles were dropped outside our office door outside of business hours leaving exposed to potential theft. I have submitted notice of termination of services in writing along with request to schedule retrieval of current empty and full bottles. No response. I have also requested a paymet link so that I will not incur additional late penalties while check is mailed through USPS. The link provided did not work. I have requested a working payment link with detailed instructions multiple times with no response. It seems their business model is to make late fees their primary revenue source since their profit margins are so low per bottle. Poorly run operation with zero customer service. read more

Do not use this service I see why the have 1 star. They show just go out of business. This place use trickery to get you to sign a water contract. Then once you want to end the contract they charge you for everything including the equipment which was not stated in the contract. The customer service are excellent actors pretending to not know what your talking about or not knowing any information on how to help. Hopefully someone reads this before you sign a contract. Don't sign just run. read more

SCAM! I canceled my subscription and they are still pulling out money!! I no longer live at that address I do not receive & have never received any water supply !!!! Worst customer service ever!!! read more

I'm really tired of the terrible customer service and lack of care. I have tried to be understanding but there's no flexibility for when life happens. Every time I call, the reps hang up when I ask questions they don't have the answers to... I'd rather pay a few extra dollars with another company if it means better overall service. read more

I'll start by saying the Customer Service Folks are not at fault. They answer and try to be helpful. However, delivery and pickup is VERY inconsistent. I closed my account and have been waiting on my last pickup for two weeks. I may just have to drive to 5410 Dietrich Rd San Antonio TX and drop it myself. Do yourself a favor...buy yourself a cooler and do bottle exchanges at H‑E‑B. It's cheaper and more reliable. I can't tell you how many times I ran out of water tolerating reschedules. read more

The absolute worst customer service on the planet. Frequently delivered bottles to wrong address. Then I'd get bottles I didn't even order. Upside as the drivers were always polite when bottles were delivered probably. Have been trying to cancel service for almost 2 months now and the phone number is unavailable and no response from 5 e-mails. They just want to collect your money for the dispenser rental AND read the fine print, it's $50 to cancel everything. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. read more

No I do not recommend them, they charged me three times for deliveries that they did not deliver, l let them know through their app and nothing was resolved, I have been dealing with them since February 2022 and it is now August 2022, I just had to pay money to them, that I should not have had to pay, but I don't want anymore late fees and I want this nightmare to be over read more

This company deploys several deceptive tactics that I don't like. First, after about 6 months of service they try to go up in price and you have to call over and over to discuss with a live person which does take considerable amount of time to do. Second, nowhere was it disclosed to me that once I terminated my service I was going to be charged a $50.00 reconditioning fee for the dirty, used cooler they gave me. This also doesnt set well with me since I was not informed about this upfront. Third, their customer service is horrible, its extremely difficult to get to a human being to get answers from. For these reasons, I regret using them and would not recommend them to others. Had I known there would be hidden fees and attempts to increase my price during the time I used them I would have skipped them. You are better off just to buy a cooler and go refill 5 gallon bottles on your own in town for $1.25 each. Trust. me this service is not worth the hassle and headache. read more

If I could rate them a zero, I would! Ever since they were bought out, their customer service has taken a dive. No matter what time of day you call, you cannot get to a person due to "high call volume" and you are forwarded to their bot. Additionally, they have yet to make a scheduled delivery and even their rescheduled times are often missed. Ready Refresh's notification of issues is also hit or miss. And if they miss a delivery and don't let you know - no problem! They will deliver when they feel like it and not let you know of the change until you can do nothing about it. Rare is a company that sucks tis much!!! read more

Ready Refresh is the worst! I canceled my delivery because they do not deliver on a schedule. I paid on time, I expect the same courtesy. Also, they keep rescheduling my pickup of the equipment! Why???? They cannot blame this on lack of drivers because Culligan does not have an issue delivering on schedule!!!! read more

Very bad service. I cancelled my service and was still charged on my credit card. Overpriced too.

This company started off fine but now, even after cancelling, they continue to charge us. Many phone calls later (you will be on hold for at least 30 minutes) they charge us after telling us everything has been taken care of. This is borderline criminal. Avoid at all costs, as it will cost you. Delivering water is apparently too difficult for some humans to figure out. Straight garbage. You'd wonder how difficult it can be to put water on a truck and take it to someone's home. I can handle that part failure. What I can't handle is being charged all the time and we use a whole different company now. read more

This company is a scam! They will promise you a set price ($8.00 monthly price) but it is only for the first delivery (in which they lie about) just to get you to sign up (even after asking 5 times to the door to door sales representative if the price would be $8.00 a month) . When you call the 1-800 number they want to offer you a discount but still charge you $45.00 for the delivery for that month. So we cancelled their service after 1 month. Really! Better off getting your own water! read more

I would leave no stars if I could. I have had trouble getting water delivery in a timely manner for three months now. I have spent three weeks trying to cancel and have them pick up the NINE 5gal bottles plus the cooler with nothing happening. This company has terrible service and who does not allow someone to talk to a customer service rep for three weeks. I have sent numerous emails (12 at least) with the response being to call. Finally get someone, schedule a pick up with cancellation to which they do not show it was schedule once again. I will never use their service or recommend them to anyone again. Called again and they tried say they will come in another week and a half?!? No. I am so fed up with them and their service I could scream. read more

This is an awful place to deal with I have called multiple times and each time I'm promised my delivery will not be rescheduled. You know is easy to say you promise something when there's no way to be responsible for it. Do not and I repeat do not use this company. They have no values and do not respect or value their customers. This is very sad. Save your self some frustrating customer service calls. I was on hold to speak to a supervisor and was disconnected. This is the worst company to deal with ever! Deliveries are inconsistent. Minimum water delivery quantities are too much. It is impossible to find their phone number on their website.
