Sweetwater will then charge you $300+ plus to come out and "fix it" then proceed to blame the customer for not having their technician over more often. I'm not spending my hard earned money on having to call a technician out every 3 months to fix the water softener. At some point we hoped Sweetwater would take accountability for their worthless system but unfortunately we were told the system is working "just fine".
