This has been the worst company I've ever dealt with. I set up autopay in January, 7 months ago hoping for a reliable delivery service. They've been late multiple time and my last order they triple charged me and didn't deliver anything or set up a reschedule. I called about 5 times in 1 week and spoke to everyone including supervisors and adamantly told them to put a note on my account to never be late again because of all the trouble they've caused me and this month they didn't deliver anything at all or reach out. I'm so frustrated I don't have the energy to call anymore. I've had the worst experience and have never been this mad at any business at all. Would not recommend at ALL. I have had ready refresh water account for years and recently was moved under Sams club account due to the promotion but ever since have had problems with them. I set up auto payment and the auto payment keeps getting removed plus I keep getting charge late fees. I have to call every month to have late fees removed and inquire about auto payment. So today I noticed in my bank account a fee from them and I CALLED AGAIN (for the 500 times) to inquire about it. They advised me its a pre-authorization fee of a new policy. Like WTH, so all these months of calling about the late fee suddenly out of the blue they change policy. I talked to the manager but it was useless. They wanted me to provide my bank account info after 10 plus years because they are requiring some kind of payment on file. Horrible experience and their customer service on the phone sucks. ReadyRefresh missed my delivery and can't re-deliver for 10 days. They had a record in their system of how many empties I had at my door, which they also did not pick up when they did not deliver my water.... which means their driver took a look at my door and then just left. Ridiculous. Their customer service is completely useless. They wanted to schedule my redelivery for 14 days out and I had to push and push for them to change it for 10 days out. When I asked them for an explanation of why they didn't deliver, they refused to answer me. Customer satisfaction score = zero. My delivery was scheduled for Wednesday (October 6, 2021). It didn't come so I went online and saw that it was rescheduled without my knowledge for Thursday. It didn't come so I went online and it was rescheduled again without my knowledge for Friday. I just checked because it had changed so many times. And yes now it says Monday. We have been customers for 3 yrs or so, usually it's been okay, but then earlier this year (Feb or Mar), we were skipped, and charged. I realize the Texas snow in Feb may have thrown things off, and they did refund the charges. But now, never got our June 24th delivery, I emailed about it and they apologized and said we'd receive it on July 1st. Didn't happen. Emailed again, they said July 6th, still nothing. Emailed again, this time they just said our next scheduled delivery is July 26th I like the water, but what's the point if I cannot actually get any? read more

You have to call get a refund wait on that re-order your product to finally have it sent for them and the drivers to tell you you're the only one in this apartment complex there for all deliver it when I want to not when you're at home to make sure nobody takes it and to make sure it actually gets delivered to the proper address And when you decide that you no longer need their services and you don't renew your subscription to have your machine cleaned and be able to get a discount on the bottles of water they bill you anyways and then when you don't pay that they turn it over to a creditor I hate to tell people this is not how subscriptions work if you choose not to renew this subscription you just don't get to use the services anymore. It's that simple but this company decides that they want to try and hit your card again without your permission and when they can't get their money off your card, they send it to a creditor or I should say Bill collector, I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as putting my no star rating on here. A central operator, if answered, goes to a recording that says the wait is less than 5 minutes!, then sends, you to another site which will attempt to correct the issue, even offer an upgrade but it doesn't happen! After three attempts to get a unit that works (1st unit the hot water never worked, 2nd one was the worst. Cheaper model, cheaply made thin trays kept falling off change off so a third was scheduled - at an additional $3 per month. Driver shows up w/the very same model, I'm trying to get rid of!! I have called in several times to get my account fixed. I had two online accounts and only had access to one. Who ever set up my account created 2 accounts and used the wrong email on the account that is getting the water delivered. I have called in several times to get this fixed. My card on file was replaced when I learned about this I called to have the correct card put on my account, but at the time I could not get through to a actual person ( I have since been able to) since I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone or access my account I left it alone . Someone called me because my payment was late I told them the situation and they told me they would get my account fixed and credit my account the late fees. Fast forward my account was never fixed. They also did not put my card back on auto pay. Do my payment again goes late and again I don't have access to my account. Another lady calls me to collect payment I tell her the situation again and she is able to help get me access to my account but says she won't credit the account the late fees because I have been credited in the past and implies I am trying to get a hand out ( she called me asking for money btw) she eventually hangs up on me when I ask for a manager. So I call back and speak to another lady that is more friendly and says the late fees will be removed and it will show on my account within 48 hours ( that never happened) . I think this may be the most unorganized company ever. I think the product would be great but for some reason yall can't seem to figure out how to collect money appropriately. I am not paying late fees because of your employees mistakes. Whoever is running this business should have a Astrid mandated on their resume showing future employers they are completely incompetent and should not be in any capacity that requires decision making skills. I went with ReadyRefresh because of a referral from Costco and a coupon to start my service. The service started fine 8 months ago. In the past 4 months, they continue to miss "their" confirmed delivery dates. I don't care when the water arrives, it's just they agree to the delivery date, so we put all the empties out, then we have a neighbor on standby to bring in the full bottles (so they are not in the sun all day). Yet the last few months, not only do they not show up on the 1st day they commit to, but then it goes on another 2-3 times of no shows. When we call customer service, we've been on hold for up to 25 mins. They just tell us they'll leave a note for the driver and give us $10. off our bill. Again, we don't care when the delivery is (we always have extra water) but stick with the date, so we don't have to haul the empties in and out of the house for days on end. Oddly, when you pay they ask for a tip, LOL. My tip= deliver the water on the day you say you will.. that is the product I'm paying for- "water on the agreed upon date". The online ordering system is also very archaic. It's a tad better than DOS. Def. don't go w this co.- do yourself a favor. read more

I have had service for 2 years. ReadyRefresh consistently reschedules delivery, often multiple times for one delivery, without communication. The most recent time, which was the icing on the cake and lead me to cancel service was when delivery was scheduled for Thursday, cancelled and re-scheduled for Friday, cancelled and re-scheduled for Monday, and then cancelled and re-scheduled for Tuesday. At 5:38pm (past the stated delivery window) on Tuesday the delivery driver called and said he had a large truck (not the usual smaller truck) and based on the notes in my file, he might not be able to make it down to my house. The suggestion was that they would either have to re-schedule or I could drive down and meet him somewhere to give him the empty bottles and pick up the new bottles (this is supposedly front door delivery). ReadyRefresh as a company has completely let me down as a company and has completely let down their drivers by putting them in this type of situation. read more

Don't be fooled. Was paying 30$ a month for weekly delivery of one 5 gallon bottle. Seems fair enough. As of July, billed doubled to $69. When I called to inquiry, expecting a credit, "sorry sir, you should've been notified" I can you give you a one time $5 credit on your next delivery. When you go onto their site, it states, even as of this post, $27.99 for same service TO INCLUDE a free water dispenser. So of course I inquired and rep told me, yes that's true, it's the delivery charges that take you from $28 to $69. Talk about HIDDEN CHARGES. Not good way to do business Nestle! If I could give half a star i would. This service was a joke from the beginning. I signed up in SAMS club and was promised a $30 gift card for signing up in store that day. I signed up and the first delivery was fine. on the next delivery they sent me extra water and changed the type from Pure Life which I prefer to the more expensive Ozarka. I called to change this and possibly have them correct it and to no avail. I was treated rude by the CSR and hung up on. I was also passed to three other reps who all did nothing to correct the problem. I then told the last person to cancel my entire account to which I was asked if I had someone else I wanted to transfer the service to. What! why would I want someone I know to be involved in this foolishness. I am disappointed and at this point just want to get them to pick up the empty bottles. I sent this to 'Customer Service" as well as every corporate officer of ReadyRefresh and their parent company (Blue Triton) that I could find an email for... Dear ReadyRefresh, You people are beyond amazing! I have submitted no less than three online cancellations (and phone calls) since the first of the year and went so far as to send a registered cancellation letter to your physical address. You responded by email and even included a copy of my second online cancellation demand in your own email! As evidenced in the attached, I made it clear after so many cancellation attempts, that any further deliveries would be considered unauthorized and a free gift. Yet you ignored my communications and made one more unwanted delivery... At least the deliveries seem to have stopped now. However, I received a notification several weeks ago that your truck would come by on March 31st to collect the ReadyRefresh cooler (I owned my own machine and never ordered one from you) and several empties. I set out the empty bottles out on my front porch per your email but no truck ever came by. You attempted to bill me for the one delivery that came long after all of my (acknowledged) cancellation attempts - As promised, I consider those three bottles an unauthorized delivery and, therefore, a gift, and I promptly disputed the charge with American Express. I have also blocked ReadyRefresh from making any further charges against my AMEX account (obviously with good reason as that is the subject of your latest communication). I've wondered if this situation is a reflection of your extreme incompetence or a purposeful & dishonest corporate policy to lock customers into perpetual & unwilling captivity to your 'service'. I ordered this service and soon after found out I was moving. They emailed me they were coming and I politely said I had to cancel, because I was moving and would use them at my new address. The delivery man came anyways with the machine, so I apologized and explained the circumstance and he was very gracious. A couple of days later they dropped off the water out in front of the house. I emailed and told them again that I did not want it that I had cancelled. Finally a few days later they emailed back that they would look into it and someone will call ASAP. When they did not call, I finally had a phone number,so I called them and the woman could not find my account via my name, email address or physical address. A week later they finally sent an email that it was cancelled. I am sure I can find someone else. Very frustrating. read more

Today 3/10 I've still not received anything and I cannot get a hold of customer service. This company is horrible. They have a chat online where you are supposed to be able to speak with an agent yet there are never any available. If you try their phone number it's the same issue, an agent is never available. They reschedule deliveries 4-6 times so it takes about 2-3 weeks before the water is actually delivered. Some people have been claiming that this is a scam, but this is not a scam of a business, however in recent months the quality of service has tanked beyond acceptable. We started this service in Aug of 2020 and the deliveries were on time and there wasn't an issue until this year... It is now May 2022 and they have been late with 3 deliveries in less than half a year. On one order, they had to cancel the charge, refund me the money, then reschedule the order to charge me again? Why couldn't someone just hop in a van and hot-shot me 4 bottles? It's lack of service for existing customers that will lead me to shop for another vendor. It was hard to know who the water belonged to since there are many office buildings on this wing. They did not attempt to pick up the empty containers.
