This company is the worst ever. They don't show up, they raise their fees, and increase minimums.

This is by far the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. They never have come according to schedule. Then they out of the blue cancelled my service and still will not come pick up these empty bottles. I have called and they say they are coming, but never show. read more

My delivery is always on time and I live on the third floor! If they do reschedule, I get a call from my route guy. Thank you for all you do! read more

They tell you to try it out and when you buy out it will only cost you $80. Then the cost ended up being $199 plus tax!!! This company is a lie. They need to train employees better!!! read more

Communication is abysmal- 25+minutes waits on hold to speak to a rep, who talks on their speakerphone from across the room so sound quality is awful. All the while rep is clunking (typing on keyboard) and is less than enthusiastic about helping. $20 credit promise for signing up for auto pay/auto delivery never went through, PLUS the delivery fee that would not be charged IF group delivery was set up cannot be be canceled/refunded/changed because website options for delivery setup is unavailable. Bad experience. Cut my losses at 1 month. I can haul the jugs to grocery store & refill for the price they charge. Do NOT sign up for this dumpster fire ...... read more

Price hikes, delivery fees and drivers who are so rough on delivery that several of the bottles arrive broken and wet. No thanks. After 10+ years of being a customer, I've quit. read more

The headache of this company is not worth your time. No matter the deal or coupon trust me! I ordered and the first time the delivery got rescheduled but I it got here so I was good. Ordered 21 cases of water. I also referred a lot of people, brand new. They never paid me out. Then I move and wanted to sign back up on delivery at the new address, and reminded them on the referral pay. They only wanted to pay for 1 and claim they mailed the check. I went back and forward off an on for 3+ months, finally i ask for the credit. That took forever. Then I tried to order again. I got rescheduled 3 times, that's 3 more weeks passing. I call they give a $10 credit. I call back 4th week still no water. They tried to offer a credit I don't want it I can never use or referral credit. Which they say when they invoice those should go on first then charge my card the remainder never happens. They want your card on autopay, you can't take it off unless you add another. I see to charge you and never deliver water. Horrible customer service. I asked for a manager and didn't want a call back because they never call you back. Just to be hung up on after waiting on the phone for 1 hour. I see I'm never going to get my money or water. At this point it's fraudulent to keep charging my card. Im about to call my bank but I wanted to warn others. This company is trash and not worth it. I have plenty of chances since this dragged out for months never again. If anybody ever speaks the company name to me I will tell them run away. Im sure never recommending again. read more

This rating should be negative.... Delivery service is nearly nonexistent. So, absolutely do not sign up for water delivery. This company claims that it is short of delivery drivers but this (non delivery or failure to deliver) has been ongoing for over 18-months, well beyond pre COVID era. Explain how is it possible that you are on a scheduled service at least 12-months in advance, receive text and email reminders, then on the day off, you are bumped to the following day at least 5 times before actual delivery is made. When you call customer service and escalate, you are promised that delivery will be made and that service will be improved. When the representative attempts to contact local dispatch and unable to reach anyone to get an answer or update. You place an online concern and customer service complaint, and you'll get a snarky response 1-week later, "didn't you receive your delivery?". It is amazing the company remains in business, you are better off just buying the plastic bottles and refilling yourselves or just go with a water filter system. read more

Absolutely worst!! No customer service available to respond. Only email/message allowed and no phone number available. Couldn't close my account for three month; my apartment complex not concurrent and wanted to close until I change a place; but they never respond. Signing up with them was the worst mistake I did. I blame Costco because I expect Costco would only allow legit business and not greedy trash business people like this to trick its customers in to signing up and be scammed. I am telling you- stay away!! Also the delivery price is ridiculous- twice the price of the water you ordered read more

This company is a real headache to deal with. Every month they reschedule your delivery and when you call, they give you a discount of $10 and assure you that the delivery will be on the scheduled date only to be reschedule again later. Do not waste your time with this company. read more

I started this service when my granddaughter was born. I've been trying to cancel it for several months. After back and forth emails basically saying please stay, they asked me to call a number you can never reach. "Due to high call volume, customer service reps are unavailable. Please go to our website". I'm beyond frustrated!!!!!!!!!! I gave 2 stars for the drivers and such because they were always awesome. read more

I've used this service for many years, but the service has really gone downhill in the last year. It's not just about delays which I understand. It's that the delivery drivers will mark the delivery to my house is complete when it actually wasn't. Typically they then show up a day or two later so my order is actually filled. But this last time they marked my house as complete, never came back, and now customer service is saying I'm lying about it. Really? This long-term customer may just be canceling the service if they don't respond with an apology and a refund. read more

Terrible service!!!! It is nearly impossible to get ahold of a person to talk to, which is terrible! Besides that l, when you have a scheduled delivery nine times out of ten it gets rescheduled not once but twice and even more than that. One time they said my order will be rescheduled so I'm like okay no problem. I was waiting for that date and time frame for my delivery. Nothing was delivered nor was I notified. On top that, one time I got a notification saying that my order have been delivered and it wasn't. Imagine trying to get ahold of a customer service representative and it being nearly impossible! This is why the service is terribleeeeee! read more

I've been a customer of this company for several years and I can tell you speaking from personal experience they suck on multiple levels. But today, my ire is directed at their website which constantly freezes and sends an error message when I try to reschedule a delivery or update items. Question to the morons who run this company: Do you idiots ever actually try to use your own website? I doubt it because if you did I have no doubt you'd either fire the incompetents who run your website; or you'd start using another company (like I'm about to). To anyone reading this Yelp review: Don't ever use this company and that's coming from a (soon-to-be former) customer. read more

If I could leave fewer stars I would. I have had Ready Refresh for 3 1/2 years and for the most part - things were good. A few hiccups here and there. As of late (last year and 1/2) - i have not gotten deliveries on time, i get notifications that delivery is coming and it never shows up. I have to go to Twitter to get any type of assistance because the 1-888 is useless, noone responds to email. The service is horrible and unreliable at best. I am currently looking for another supplier and just received an email that the delivery price is going up. Really? The audacity. read more

this company will never commit to a date when they will deliver your bottles of water. i had to cancel my subscription with them because they kept pushing my delivery again and again and again and again. i have been in situations where they pushed my delivery for more than 7 times and in some situations over 11 times. every time they have an excuse but that does not help as this might happen once, twice but not almost every time. i will never recommend anyone to work with this company at all for such bad service read more

Avoid using this service at all costs. The first delivery was the only one that went decently. On our second delivery they dropped off the water, but did not pick up any of the empties. Then on the third visit they didn't deliver anything at all or pick up empties and still charged us. I've been trying for over 2 months to simply cancel my account. They take about 30 days to reply to an email and are unreachable by phone. They continue to charge me each month for services I haven't received and now I'm on my third chargeback. I understand places are understaffed at the moment, but it's been over 2 months with zero resolution and no end in sight. Stay away from Ready Refresh, it's basically a scam at this point. read more

Stupid driver calls me at 7:45am to tell me he can't find my apartment, I tried to help his dumbass but all he said was I'll find it then hangs up on me. About 10 minutes go buy so I called him but he didn't answer. Then I go to look for him and saw him driving down my street but just kept going. I finally catch up to his speeding ass and told him that he was going in the wrong direction but he proceeded to lie and said he wasn't my delivery guy but he was the only one in the exact vicinity he mentioned that he was. He calls back for the third time and gave me some bull chet excuse so I gave him specific directions to my location from where he was parked and he never showed up. Then I get a message from the stupid company's automated AI saying that order was rescheduled because no one was home to recieve my order even though there is no company policy to not deliver items if the customer isn't home even though I was home and washing my truck, and I know this because my last two orders where delivered when I wasn't home but at work so this motherfaulker just didn't want to do his job and I supposed to tip this punk when he won't do his job. Adding insult to injury there are no live agents to speak with on the weekends. This company was on point when I first signed on delivering my first order within 24hrs but after that, they just keep getting worse and worse. This is the second time I've had issues with deliveries and there will be no third because I will be canceling my subscription and going elsewhere. For anyone reading this and considering joining up with this company.....I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING SO BUT TO FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY ALL TOGETHER. THIS IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND 1000000% UNACCEPTABLE. read more

Lies, misrepresentation and hidden charges. The sales rep lied about how cost effective it was but not true. You are better off buying your own dispenser. you make a deposit, pay rent and pay a reconditioning fee that is half the price of a new equipment. they never deliver the water on time always rescheduling. Then you either go buy bottle water or drink tap water or refill on your own. Not worth the trouble. read more

I have been using Ready Refresh since I moved to Texas and have never had any problems with them. I have read a lot of reviews that report bad service but they have provided great service to my family and I. I had one delay in two years but it was due to bad weather and they did a really good job of keeping me informed of what was going on. I will continue to use their good service and recommend them to all. read more

The worst customer service on the PLANET! (Isn't that saying a lot?) Constant cancellations, reschedules without our approval, conflicting texts about deliveries, and they STILL charge our credit card even when they don't come. I'm embarrassed for them. Ozarka MUST find a new delivery company. This hurts their brand. read more

I have had the service for 1 year and I decided I had to cancel. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever given my money to. It has been nothing but issues since day one. 99% of the time the deliveries are rescheduled and never left on the days that are set up for your delivery. Customer service is not great either. The website/ app needs so many improvements to make it more user friendly. All around terrible. I DO NOT recommend. read more

I've been a customer of ReadyRefresh for many years. Most of that time I had no complaints. But in the last few years, they have been ridiculous to deal with. I have them deliver a couple of 5-gallon waters to my condo every couple of months. With EVERY delivery, at least one (if not both) of the following things happen: 1) The delivery is delayed... and then delayed again... and again... So the many empty bottles they are supposed to pick up when they deliver sit on my front porch for a week or so. 2) When/If a delivery is actually made, there's a very good possibility that the water will be delivered to my neighbor down the street. She has a similar address. In spite of being a customer for years (probably over a decade), they still can't figure out where I live. You would think the lack of empty bottles might be a clue that they're at the wrong place. The next step in the delivery cycle is that I have to call them or email them to let them know that there was no delivery made. I have no confidence that they know the status of the delivery (or non-delivery). When I talk to someone on the phone, they act like I should understand that "we didn't have any drivers that day" or "the driver ran out of time to deliver." So my thought is usually ... Hmmm... you knew you had deliveries but you didn't have drivers scheduled? If a driver gets sick, you have no way of calling in a backup driver? As far as "running out of time," one would think that the guy who has been waiting for his delivery for a week after 2 or 3 reschedulings might be prioritized and put at the top of the list for the next day. I'm no logistical expert. This stuff seems to be common sense. read more

Have had a few deliveries on time, then got notice price increase, i get it COVID/lack of workers. Ok i will deal. It's been over a week of continuous rescheduling. They turned off their phone so you can't talk to live person. Send an email get answers if 5-7 days. It's been 10 still no answer. Horrible customer service- pay for service & get no service read more

This place is BEYOND horrible and unprofessional! How they are still in business is beyond me! Besides our initial order of the machine and two 5 gallons of water, we haven't received any of our other orders at all, they constantly rescheduled without informing us, and then lied and said it was delivered when it wasn't. Finally we cancelled, now we've been rescheduled twice for them to pick up their own equipment, once again a driver lied and said they didn't get an answer, the equipment and bottles are OUTSIDE clear as day, plus we can SEE who is in the parking lot or at the door smh. This place needs to just start over or shut down because they are horrible. read more

Very disappointed. I called in November to confirm delivery for the 19th of December. Confirmed. Wasn't delivered. Received a text on the 22 that it will be delivered on the 26. Called to let them know that I had confirmed we needed before the holidays. She said yeah but his work load is to heavy..... I get it. But sounds more like dispatch doesn't know what to do. I asked if there was anything that can be done and she said no I can go buy my own water from my local grocery store. I pay 30$ a month for water. I can save over 20$ if I go get the water my self. It's just time issues. But In all honesty there are plenty of water companies that deliver. As far as the last lady I spoke to. You are very informative. But very rude. The fact that you yourself said you don't know how many times you reschedule people is a bit shameful. It must happen way to often. I've been a customer since 2022 and was not convinced by the service quality of ready refresh from the beginning. However, due to the lack of other water delivery options in NYC area, I remained with RR till this date. The service is very unreliable, out of my ~20 orders 75% were either delayed, missed items or included wrong items. Their standard practice is to send an email on the day of the scheduled delivery to inform you that your delivery will only arrive in 2-3 days. They keep playing this game usually 3-4 times (total delay of 1-2 weeks) and when you call to complain they tell you, it will be delivered as soon as possible. Customer service is friendly but useless, doesn't offer anything apart from an apology. It wouldn't be a problem if this happened once, but this seems to be their standard way of operating the business. Also prices have gone up, they cancelled the annual membership and service is only deteriorating. Very frustrating and I can only recommend not using Ready Refresh unless you really have to. read more

The service defies the name. They constantly no show or cancel the scheduled delivery. I can understand conflicts from time to time but the changes were constant. If there's a problem, don't think for even a second that you'll find a person to help you resolve. I can't imagine a worse service provider. Even after cancellation, they charged me. Funny how they can't delivery on time but always manage to get the bill on time. read more

I have been using Ready Refresh for the past 4 months. The only time they made a delivery on time was when they delivered the first set of bottles and the cooler. The next month, the delivery driver went past my house and didn't stop even though I was in my yard and waving to them. When I looked at my app, I saw that they had rescheduled my delivery for a week later. The next two months they rescheduled my order for a week later the day the water was supposed to be delivered. This month, my water was supposed to be delivered on the 7th and we were already out of water. My app showed that they changed it to the 12th, which is today. I received an email that they were on the way today, then I saw in the app that my order was skipped. Each time I had an issue, I sent them a message in the app, and it would always say they would respond in two days, but they never responded. I finally found a phone number for them and cancelled my service. I will find someone else. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I haven't even had this water service a year and I don't think I've had one delivery on the scheduled day. Almost every delivery gets pushed either one or two days. I called months ago about this and customer service was ZERO HELP! Just don't do it. This company is a joke. They missed my delivery, well marked it as delivered, but it never came this was on Tuesday. I called the customer service here is pathetic, they rescheduled for Thursday, missed that. Rescheduled for Friday, rescheduled that again. Now they claim it will be this Tuesday. I have the hero membership which supposedly gives you priority customer service, that's a joke. Find any other company. We have had this service for 3 months and it has been nothing but an overpriced headache. Don't sign up for the membership. Once you do if they fail to deliver products and screw you around over and over they won't refund the $60 fee. It's ridiculous, I have never had this kind of issue with any company before. This was my first delivery, which still hasn't arrived days later, after paying for the membership, so they can't even claim I have utilized the service. read more

I only give them one star, because this system requires it. This company is fraudulent.
