This is the worst company, my water delivery has been delayed 13 times in 3 weeks. had to order from another company.

Ready Fresh is a joke, as someone stated earlier they say they are running behind in service. This seems to be happening all over the place. The operators can only say it will be there on that day, but when you call it states your delivery maybe delayed. What kind of business are they running. If they miss the deliver for Monday, we will be looking for a new water supplier. read more

Our office is located in downtown dc. They have been late on our delivery for the last 4 weeks. Our water was supposed to arrive on this past Monday 5/20. We were told it was rescheduled for this Thursday 5/24. We called today 5/24 and they reported that we are on their schedule but again no one is able to deliver our water today. Absolutely the worst delivery service hands down!!! They never live up to their scheduled delivery date. I just cancelled my service with them and told them how awful their business practice is. I've been trying to get them to pick up my empties but all I get is an e-mail saying my delivery has been rescheduled, which gets rescheduled again, and then again, and goes on forever. Anyone reading this, please don't waste your time, money, and energy chasing after these idiots because they are simply not worth it. read more

I can't believe they charged us $50 when we canceled the service after 5 years. It was the cheapest water dispenser that we never used it. Bought a nice one from Home Depot. The delivery was more expensive than just buying the same thing from the local convenience store. Never had the right amount. read more

Rescheduled delivery every day for weeks. The people at the call center made it sound like they were doing us a favor by delivering at all. I'm perfectly happy not to Give Nestle another penny for stealing water from communities. read more

Deer Park is just awful. If the supervisor tells you to do something and you don't do it. What does that tell you. I have instructed deer park to call before coming out, and the supervisor told the driver what to do. Basically, the driver just left 4 cases of water in front of my garage door without no notice that the water was even there. The driver apparently had no respect for higher management after complaining to the supervisor. They never call you back, just awful communication. I tell people don't do it, because you sit around waiting for them all day and they just show up when they want to. I've asked them to call, text, say something, they just don't reach out to the customers at all. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM READYREFRESH!!!!! Had to take off from work for my FIVE HOUR delivery timeframe. Of course they came right as the timeframe would end. He did not test the dispenser before he left. After he left I went to get some water, the dispenser did NOT work! When I called to get another delivered I was told I my delivery time was between 8am - 7pm. I asked what happened to the five hour timeframe, apparently it was for new customers only. After going around in circles I asked if they would come out on a Saturday. Set up the Saturday appointment. I called the night before to confirm, they told me they do not delivery on Saturdays and changed the delivery date on me without telling me. Told them I will not be home and scheduled for another day. I asked if they could deliver in the afternoon and they confirmed it. Called the night before to confirm, and the had me scheduled for the morning. They are not helpful and accommodating so I cancelled everything with them. PLUS could not understand a word of customer service. If you are in customer service shouldn't you speak the language? read more

Wish I could give this post a negative number (like minus 250. They give other 1 stars a bad name by association.) Luke (previous post) says customer service doesn't get worse. I disagree. It has gotten worse. First, be prepared to be on hold as long as a half hour to speak to the first operator, who then puts you on hold while waiting for customer service (they really need to do that?? How bout a phone prompt that immediately puts you in queue for customer service). My first delivery was supposed to arrive Friday am.. Got a call from the driver that he was having problems finding driveway. I talked him through the directions & heard nothing back. Nor did we get water. We need drinking water as our well has an issue. No water till Monday. No phone call saying there would not be a delivery till Monday. When water was finally delivered, after several phone calls from me, it was left at the bottom of the driveway. Apparently, there is a new company rule saying that if the driver can't see the end of the driveway, s/he must back up the drive. Our drive has a 90 degree angle turn which then leads to a large circle to drive around. No need to back up the drive. If I want to lug my own water, I can buy it and lug it from the big box companies. One "bright light" from customer service, when hearing my complaint blithely said "sorry about that" as though she had bumped up against me in an elevator. When I called this morning to cancel the account, Lisa took the call & was the only professional I encountered in the whole ordeal. Kudos to her and I hope she finds a better job soon. Probably the worst company I've ever had to deal with. We originally had a contract with Roaring Springs, which was an excellent company to deal with, and they got bought out by this company. We had to stop using ReadyRefresh, because they couldn't get their deliveries right, and they were very hard to get on the phone. After we cancelled, about two weeks later, we got a notice from a collections agency that we owed ReadyRefresh a $20 late fee, because we still had their bottles. They never picked them up! Called a couple times and each time the representative said they would fix the problem, but they never did. They did, however, finally pick up the bottles, but we still got calls from the collections agency. I finally got both them and the collections agent on the phone, so the collections agent could hear the incompetence for themselves. The person with the collections agency laughed and said they heard what they needed to hear and also told me that they were getting a lot of angry calls because of this company and knew all about it. Nestle has a problem on their hands. They need to do a complete overhaul of this incompetent company. It has ruined my opinion of Nestle. read more

If I could give -5 stars I would. In the beginning, things went fine. Then the missed deliveries began, the excuses ranged from no one was home (but all of the prior deliveries have been left outside) no drivers in the area, etc. The last straw for me was when I went without a delivery for almost a month. I called, and they stated it was due to a payment error. Even though, I had switched payment account information 2 weeks prior, but anyway, I gave them the correct information and was hit with a $20 return fee and was expecting a delivery today. And what do you know ......no delivery..... I called again, and they tell me I canceled my service. At this point I am furious, so I tell them 'you know what, yeah, go ahead and cancel'. And they have the nerve to tell me they will be out this week to pick up the empty bottles and machine. Their s"#& will be sitting curbside, and I dare them to call me with any BS. Moral of the story is DO NOT ORDER FROM READY REFRESH!!! read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. My office in SW DC has been using this services for almost 4 years and in the last year they have seriously tanked. We were without water for a week last week because they kept pushing our delivery dates back without any warning (no e-mail, no phone call, no nothing!) and when they finally came to deliver our water, they only delivered a partial amount. When I called to let them know, they promised they would deliver the remaining bottles the following week, and did they? NO! When you try to call their customer service 1/2 the time there is a automated message that says they are experiencing high call volume and that they can't take your call and they hang up on you. If you're "lucky" enough to talk to a real human, they placate you and give you false promises about your order and don't give any explanation as to why they can't get their act together and deliver your order on time. They make "notes" in your account that don't do anything and no one pays attention to. They are terrible and I wish they did not have a monopoly in the DC area because I would switch in a heart beat! Have had Deer Park Spring Water delivery for 4 - 5 years at my business. Purchased the wooden stand and ceramic dispenser when we started our service. Temporarily suspended our service a couple months ago due to a lot of travel. The driver picked up our 2 - 3 empties and I expected a credit for the return of these empties. After 2 months, I just received an e-mail notice that delivery would be made this week. I called to inform that our account is on hold and we should not have any deliveries. Was told that they would have to transfer me to the "cancelation department", whom I had already spoken to 2 month ago. I also inquired as to the empty bottle refund. After 5 minutes or so, the same person came back online and said that I would have to return the wooden stand. I informed her that I purchased it at the onset of my account with them. She then informed me that it was "rented" from them for free. BS!!! So they are now coming to pick up the wooden stand (not the ceramic dispenser since she said that was all I had purchased). I had a VERY detailed conversation with the original sales rep when we set up our account and both the ceramic and wooden stand were purchased. So now Deer Park has made for certain that we will NOT be restarting their service EVER. Will go with another company that is honest with their customers. Let's see how long it now takes them to refund my empty bottle return. I'm sure I'll have to call again about this. read more
