Needed my brakes repaired on my electric scooter and took it here just based on a chat GPT search and couldn't be happier The guy that took care of me was friendly and very knowledgeable He showed me what was wrong and made the repair while I waited there I would definitely recommend this place for your e-bike and scooter needs read more

Ulysses answered the phone, I sent some photos of my botched flat repair on my Tern GSD. He got a sense for the problem (I didn't actually tighten the tensioner and the belt came off) and while we could have scheduled an at-home repair for a couple days in the future, he offered to come same-day so I'd have a way to get my kids to school in the morning. He clearly knows his stuff and was really kind and encouraging, explaining what to do next time in case I try again. He went out of his way to check a couple extra details to make sure the bike was safe, all while our children were running around us :) His kindness and clear love for bicycles and community standout. I'll 100% be switching bike shops for regular maintenance and repairs! read more

I came here in a rough spot after my e-scooter ran a flat on my way to work. The owner worked late after the shop was closed to make sure I had a way to get to work the next day. Great experience, great service, communicative, and quality work. 10/10 would recommend

I didn't know this service existed, and I'm so glad that it does! We just got a Tern GSD a month ago and yesterday I realized I had a flat tire. I checked to see if there was a puncture, but I'm no expert, and realized that getting it to a bike shop was going to be more work than I wanted. Ulysses thoroughly explained the process of looking for the puncture and showed me and my husband the mechanics. I really appreciate this. He even checked my brakes. So happy that my bike is back in service hauling kids within hours of my call. read more

I was very pleased with the service from re-motion. They were prompt, professional, and helpful. Had a tune up done. Easy, on time, thorough and friendly! Will definitely use this service again.

Had a service appointment that was confirmed. Day of appointment was finally text back that it had to be cancelled due to service tech on vacation??? The frustrating part is that I tried to reach out days prior to my service date then to find out the lame excuse. I am all for guys taking vacation but I'm sure they knew the situation prior to my appointment. read more

This was such a great service! Ulysses came to my house with all the equipment and expertise to fix my tern GSD. I've previously had trouble finding a shop that would service my electric bike, and wait times were very long. I was able to get an appointment with reMotion within a week. Ulysses fixed all the issues I was concerned about and discovered several more. It was a thorough tune up and the bike is riding beautifully now. read more

Could not have been happier with Remotion. Ulysses was excellent! Will plan to use them again in the future.

I had two hand me down bikes from my father in law that needed love and attention. Both have been sitting in his garage for years. My family has been getting into biking because let's face it there isn't much we can do during the pandemic. Both bike's front gears didn't shift properly, one is a road bike and one is a mountain bike. You can't find a bike shop right now that isn't backed up and you can't find a bike for a decent price right now either. And I tired looking up how to tune and fix them but I am no expert and couldn't figure it out. I looked on Yelp and found Bicycle Reserve and I booked an appointment. Mark biked out with his gear and fixed both bikes and they run great. So much more easier than brining your bike to the shop and for about the same price too. Mark even had extra parts that I needed like brake pads. read more

Got inspired & decided to get bike tuned up after being in storage +7 yrs. I had initially requested for the "Performance" service due to the length of time it has not been ridden. Plus the tires had absolutely no air! Ulysses arrived at our home promptly, took a look at the bike & said it only needed a regular tune up which was a lesser price. He was very thorough with his work & gave handy tips on maintenance. His honesty was refreshing as he certainly could have just done what he did for cost of what I signed up for. Highly recommend them & will be my go-to for any bike needs. read more

Got a new electric bike and was looking for a professional bike tech to put together. Found Bicycle Reserve on Yelp. Talked to them on the phone and they were so helpful and knowledge that I knew they were the right professionals to go with. Super easy to schedule an appointment online too. Ulises was the tech that assembled my bike. He is professional, knowledge, on time, and efficient. He also made sure to adjust the bike to my comfort level and did a safety check too. Besides all of that, Ulises was willing to go the extra mile to help with my concerns on another bike I have and offered tips/tools for me to take care of those needs too. When I am ready for a tune up or have other bicycle needs I will be sure to call them and make sure to refer them to everyone! read more

It's hard to find true crafts people in this day in age let alone those that will come to your house. Bicycle Reserve is the exception to the rule. Ulises is a true professional craftsman. He came to my home in Alameda to set up my Rad ebike, showed up at 4:00 and almost finished by 7:00. There was a rattle in the front wheel and he said he wanted to come back the next day to work on it, we worked around my schedule and he fixed the smallest imperfection. The result is the perfect bike I can ride to work everyday. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication to your craft. read more
