Garen was very upfront, professional, and confident. He explained that he would be using laser welding, which helped minimize heat exposure to the opal, and that gave me a lot more confidence leaving the ring with him. It only costed me $30 ( depends how much you want to do) and I went down about .5 size. They were friendly and efficient with me getting this service completed.
