Garen was very upfront, professional, and confident. He explained that he would be using laser welding, which helped minimize heat exposure to the opal, and that gave me a lot more confidence leaving the ring with him. The finished work came out beautiful. The sizing looks clean, the ring fits perfectly, and the price was very reasonable for the care involved. It was definitely worth the longer drive. If it had a zero for stars then that's what I would have given.
