I started out selling a property with Brian and before I closed on that sale, he helped me and my wife buy our new house. Every time we reached out to talk or to ask questions, he was readily available. We also appreciated his thoughtfulness about our concerns and his ability to explain his approach and strategy. I bought my first property with Brian 8 years ago and was so satisfied with working with him that I made sure to sell that same property with him when the time came. Between that long gap of time, Brian made himself available to me to help me consider making decisions about selling over the years. But I never felt pushed to sell, which is important because many realtors may see the potential payday and persuade you that way. I am so glad I stayed in contact him and took his advice on things to consider. If I had sold when I first thought to I would have left almost $100k on the table. Thanks to Brian I was able to think through why it made sense in my particular situation to wait a bit. Thinking about our experience buying our house in DC and selling our condo with Brian, I can't imagine that many realtors could handle a simultaneous sale and purchase with clients overseas and do it so competently as Brian did. #realtorforlife

He has a fee structure that is unlike all other real estate agents in the area and it allowed me to save several thousand dollars in the sale of my house. His website lists his services and fee schedule, which is customized to the needs of a client. I chose "Option I" which essentially had a $495 fee and 1% commission. Most other real estate agents were 3 or 4% commission, so this was a significant reduction in price. Rob was extremely professional, has excellent knowledge of the market, and is well-educated on real estate laws, local ordinances, etc. He allowed me to be in charge and yet was involved as much as I needed. I have bought and sold other homes, and felt fortunate to be able to do business with Rob. I highly recommend reviewing his website and considering him for buying or selling property.

I have worked with realtors both for my own businesses, my personal homes and as an attorney representing clients. Brad Rozansky is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He is prepared, he knows the market and he knows how to price and sell residential real estate. In this particular case, I was selling my late mother's house. There were numerous issues and delays because of Covid-19. Brad worked with me two months before we even had a signed sales agreement--I could not legally sign until I was appointed as Personal Representative of the estate which was significantly delayed because of the Covid impact on the court system. He identified contractors who had the skill and the time to make necessary home repairs and updates and get the house ready for sale. He was responsive and organized. His marketing strategy was well thought out and resulted in numerous substantive bids with no contingencies--very unusual for an older home that was not sold as a tear down--resulting in a quick sale at a good price with no glitches. I would give Five Stars Plus if I could.

I'm an economist and have been frustrated in the past that realtors (and others who should understand) don't have a basic understanding of markets and finance. Katie is analytical and bases everything she says on facts and evidence. No bullshit or hand-waving! I loved knowing that she knows so much more about finance than I do. Both the sale and purchase were challenging. Katie helped us resolve the difficulties. The sale was complicated by the fact that there was an open lien on our property. A bank had failed to record a home equity line of credit held by a previous owner as closed. A previous title search had missed this and I foolishly did not have title insurance. The title company offered to solve the problem for $10,000. Katie did a lot of spade work and got the bank to record the lien as satisfied, saving me the money and saving the sale. The purchasers were also difficult and Katie gave us great advice about dealing with them and the sale closed on time. Our subsequent home purchase was also complicated bv the fact that the sellers wanted to do a sale by owner, which effectively made Katie the agent for both seller and buyer (although only compensated by me as my buyer's broker). She again provided infallible advice when issues arose and also gently steered the sellers through all of the many problems they thought they'd surfaced. I'd recommend Katie Wethman and the Wethman Group to anyone buying or selling a home.
