Boy are we glad we did! Rick worked with us to find homes suitable for our unusual needs on a rushed schedule and arranged viewings for those we liked. He pointed out possible issues where they were found during walkthroughs as well as offering great advice along the way. Once we settled on a house he was quick to get our offer in with all of our paperwork in order, causing the owners to accept ours over others who were less prepared. Our escrow was complicated for reasons outside our control but Rick stuck with us throughout, always keeping us updated on status of things, preparing needed documents before they were required, arranging necessary inspections and schedules, and prodding our lender to act faster to accommodate our urgent situation. He also kept the sellers calm as we were forced to extend the escrow when we switched lenders midstream. Even the seller's agent mentioned that we had a very good agent when he came by to pick up the For Sale sign in front of our new home! If you're looking for an attentive agent who will actually work hard on your behalf, be ahead of the curve preparationwise, be where he says he'll be when he says he'll be there, and have the patience to explain the ins-and-outs to the first-time buyer, Rick is your man! Highly recommended.

We were fortunate to have Tembra as our real estate agent as she is a thoughtful and caring person who made us feel at ease. Buying a house for the first time can be daunting, so it was wonderful that she took time to answer all of our questions and went out of her way to advocate for us. We appreciate her expert advice, referrals and conscientiousness in all aspects of the home purchase. Tembra was also consistently patient, professional and efficient. We were able to purchase the house in a surprisingly short time. My husband and I highly recommend Tembra Gilford!

After my husband's parents passed away, he inherited the home he grew up in--a place filled with so many memories. We had never owned a rental before and felt completely unsure of where to begin. From the very start, Mesa Property gave us reassurance and peace of mind. They walked us through the process with patience and confidence, and we could tell their system was thoughtful and well-established. Esteban and Verenice, in particular, showed such genuine care and compassion. They understood how much this home means to our family and treated it with the same respect and attention as if it were their own. That meant everything to us. By the end of the process, we didn't just feel like clients--we felt like family. We are truly grateful for their support, guidance, and kindness during such an important time in our lives.

Charlie, has been so extremely helpful, patient, professional, and just a person with a heart of gold. He has proven several times that his business is not at all about money. He has gone above and beyond to help us and assist us whenever we need him. Any time anything is wrong or broken he has taken care of it in a very timely manner and with such professionalism! It is so rare nowadays to find a landlord that actually cares about family and not just there business or "collecting rent". Charlie definitely sees and empathizes with the needs of the family and makes things happen within reason. If it is in his reach he will get it done. We know for a fact that a couple of his clients (owners) were difficult people to work with, but Charlie remainders professional at all times and if that one didn't get accepted he worked with us until we were. We have moved from one location that he managed to another and he did not try to gauge our security deposit. Of course some wear and tear fees were deducted, but nothing unreasonable. Trust me we have been gauged before when it comes to that, and we are not the kind to leave a home dirty! We definitely respect the owners property. We just wanted to let it be known that in no way shape form or fashion does Charlie "discriminate" regarding race....age....or sexual preference. As previously stated we have been working with him since early 2018 and have never experienced it or felt any vibe from him regarding it. We would definitely recommend and refer Summit Leasing Group for you High Dessert needs when searching for the right home.
