Trust the 1 Star Reviews Company tends not to communicate well beyond obtaining the application fee. The guidelines they claim to ask current/previous landlords about is not what they actually ask. According to my previous landlord some of the questions asked couldn't legally be answered. The "team" handling applications only made an effort to verify 1 section of requirements per day, while giving a 5 day processing period. They will lie about their homes being available when you apply just to post the property as rented, conveniently during your processing period. The company has unattainable qualifications requirements solely to be legally covered, therefore when they do discriminate for a more obscure reason than just the average base qualifications, they can say "well you agreed by submitting the application" Lastly, their yelp reviews are fake. Majority of the companies reviews are either 1 star or 4 stars. The multiple 4 star reviews always follow a very bad 1 star review almost seemingly to hide the bad review itself. Statistically the company should have far more 50/50 review, but they have none? Rebecca responds to the fake reviews. Sam responds to the real reviews, which is why the tone and professionalism seem so contrasting. Sam responds rudely and emotionally, not only weaponizing but proudly publicizing private information from reports to which his company was only given privy for decision making processes. Sam is a good representation of what Mesa Properties stands for... absolutely nothing, and are an even better representation of exactly what's wrong with this country. read more

Recently applied for a rental through Mesa Properties, there is a $45 fee for each applicant and a $25 fee for pet verification. On their website it states the application fee can be refunded if their options don't meet your needs. Well that's a lie. They only refund you if the property gets rented by someone before you and the listing close. Wouldn't recommend to try and rent a house through them. read more

I used their property management services for rentals in the Victorville area and when the tenant on one property became late on their rent, instead of serving them with a proper notice, they allowed the tenant to remain rent free for over 2 months. In this time frame the tenants destroyed our property in retaliation to the count of over 40k in losses. I had to file a property insurance claim to cover these fees. I never understood why they didn't do a pay or quit notice or initiate eviction as soon as allowed by law. I had no idea of these things which is why I hired them in the first place! The tenants they placed in all our properties gave us so many problems. They clearly didn't care about placing quality applicants and simply wanted their fees paid. Would NOT recommend them at all. Ever! Update** I love how the business manager gives this lengthy reply and hasn't even verified who I am. This incident happen 4 years ago and the property manager was Mark Parmenter. I have proof of all I'm stating in my review. This had nothing to do with COVID and everything to do with mismanagement! This just goes to show you these people have very little idea of what they are doing and who they manage. I suggest that before you reply in length a complete made up story, you verify what actually happened and who the property owner is! read more

Just had my 2nd yearly safety inspection completed by Julie. She was on time and friendly. She makes sure house is free of leaks and has proper water pressure.
