When a handyman was called out, he told us that it was a safety hazard to live in the house with those electrical problems. However, they never did resolve the issue. There were other instances like this, like the insane amount of mice droppings we found on top of the dishwasher before we moved in. Having to defend our case to get simple things repaired or replaced became too redundant and a bit humiliating so we eventually moved out. As a real estate professional myself, I couldn't recommend this company with a clear conscious.

The tenant they placed in my property stopped paying rent early in the lease and remained in the home for months during the eviction process. Throughout this time, communication was poor, concerns were not addressed in a timely manner, and important property management responsibilities were overlooked. I later discovered issues involving lease compliance, move-in documentation, maintenance concerns, renters insurance verification, and unauthorized pets that were not properly addressed. The lack of oversight ultimately resulted in significant property damage, financial loss, and unnecessary stress. When I finally regained possession of my home, it was left in poor condition and required extensive cleanup and repairs. I hired a property management company to protect my investment, but based on my experience, Nabeel and Cassie failed to provide the level of management and accountability I expected. I would not use their services again and would encourage other property owners to do their research before trusting them with their property.

There was constant miscommunication between the landlord, the management team, and myself. I'd get calls directly from the landlord even though I was told management was handling things -- clearly, they were not. One of the major issues we dealt with was recurring electrical problems in the home. Management acknowledged that the main light box (where the house receives its electricity) needed to be replaced, yet they allowed it to remain unfixed for an extended period. Many of the other issues in the house were also not addressed in a timely or professional manner. Despite always paying rent on time -- and even fixing several things out of my own pocket -- we felt completely abandoned as tenants. The workers they sent out were never from reputable companies; they were more like temporary handymen doing the bare minimum to get things working -- until it all broke down again. While management did at least answer their phones, they rarely took meaningful action to solve problems. They failed in their role as intermediaries between us and the landlord. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company based on our experience. Their lack of follow-through and care made our time renting with them very difficult.

The owner of the home we are renting recently switched property management companies. Literally on my way home, I got a notice in the mail that the owner was now with another company and I needed to pay August rent to the new company (we paid for august rent by I believe July 27 or 28th). I contacted the new manager of Z property, and asked if I could either pick up the cashiers check or if they could still make sure the owner got our rent payment. I was told via email they would be able to get the rent we paid to the owner of the home...well apparently they cashed the check and still have yet to pay the owner as they had said they would do (its now august 11th). This company is and has been shady as hell since we moved in last may 2022....and I wouldn't refer them to even my worst enemy at this point. Thank God the owner decided to go with a different company!! I pray they will still stand by their word in the email, and get the owner the rent we paid....but if they haven't given it to the owner by this point, I doubt they ever will. Karma is a b***h and I hope they get what they deserve if they just cashed my check and kept the money ......

Charlie definitely sees and empathizes with the needs of the family and makes things happen within reason. If it is in his reach he will get it done. We know for a fact that a couple of his clients (owners) were difficult people to work with, but Charlie remainders professional at all times and if that one didn't get accepted he worked with us until we were. We have moved from one location that he managed to another and he did not try to gauge our security deposit. Of course some wear and tear fees were deducted, but nothing unreasonable. Trust me we have been gauged before when it comes to that, and we are not the kind to leave a home dirty! We definitely respect the owners property.
