I was able to meet and become friends with Thomas my realtor. He would respond to my calls and texts at any hour of the day and never made me feel like any question I asked was dumb. He took me to countless open houses and put up with my indecisive nature. Always quick to put an offer on a house. Finally, I have the house of my dreams due to Thomas and this amazing company. I was not happy with the services of Nancy after we lost the purchase of a home that we desperately…read morewanted. So I terminated our contract with her. Immediately after she contacted Adult Protective Services to report me for Elderly Abuse of my Mother. This type of retaliation is called malicious prosecution and is very illegal. Adult protective services went to my mother's house and my mother told them that it was a complete lie and then called Nancy herself to ask her why she made up this malicious lie. This type of lie is defamatory and slander. We decided not to prosecute Nancy because i believed she have had a lapse of judgment; however, we now believe she is continuing to spread this lie, defamation and slander to other agencies. No agent should be this malicious towards a client. We notified her broker about the incident, but we are still continuing to have problems with this agent Nancy Ramirez. This is unbecoming of the moral conduct of a agent who holds a realtors license, and she should be disciplined. How could a agency allow a person of this moral character to continue working here months later? I would strongly caution using this agency.

I trusted Nabeel and Cassie to manage my first home while I was stationed away. Unfortunately, my…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing. The tenant they placed in my property stopped paying rent early in the lease and remained in the home for months during the eviction process. Throughout this time, communication was poor, concerns were not addressed in a timely manner, and important property management responsibilities were overlooked. I later discovered issues involving lease compliance, move-in documentation, maintenance concerns, renters insurance verification, and unauthorized pets that were not properly addressed. The lack of oversight ultimately resulted in significant property damage, financial loss, and unnecessary stress. When I finally regained possession of my home, it was left in poor condition and required extensive cleanup and repairs. I hired a property management company to protect my investment, but based on my experience, Nabeel and Cassie failed to provide the level of management and accountability I expected. I would not use their services again and would encourage other property owners to do their research before trusting them with their property.
