Unprofessional 3. cost us the sale of our house 4. constantly lying regarding the transaction 5. gave us bad advice when it came to picking a buyer since he didnt do a background to see if they were qualified. 6. dishonest practice 7. the escrow company he picks is part his but he says its not. so your transactions do not go thru a neutral party (integrity first escrow) 8. he didn't have our best interest on hand the buyer he got us was part of his scam 9. almost left us homeless and stranded out of state because of his dishonesty concerning our transaction. Needless to say we got lucky cause someone last minute came to our neighbors door and left their card, we basically called the new buyer and verified they could buy our property. Even after we verified not him us, when we verified and knew they could afford our house Omar advised against it and almost cost us the second buyer too. My opinion of Omar is very low and I'm disappointed with his performance I would never recommend him not even to my worst enemies. He promises a lot and turns over very little. we ask to be released from the contract and he held us hostage to it even though we had a lot to loose.
