NOBODY move to any of the apartments that this company 'Focus Property Services' rents out…read more (Speaking from experience) - I will list below all of the things that are terrible. 1. Get ready to be treated nicely and receive communication from all management at the beginning of your lease but get ready to be fully neglected the longer you stay. They only want you for your rent money. 2. All agents are terrible at communication. Siurabe, Nelson, Kevin - the entire property as a whole. Get ready to send emails/phone calls/text messages and receive no response if you're in need of any type of assistance. 3. All of their properties are poorly made (construction) meaning you will be able to hear all of the residents residing around you way more than living a comfortable life. If you love hearing the toilet flush from your neighbor, perfect for you. 4. When maintenance is being done in another residents unit- get ready to NOT be notified that they are shutting the water down and who knows for how long. They won't answer if you call the office- as I've said, they only care if you pay your rent. Overall these apartments are incredibly terrible, communication deserves a -0000.1, I would grant this a negative star if it was an option instead of "1 star". Nobody move here if you desire to have peace, a comfortable living, if you want to be happy and not stress. You will be neglected. The most unprofessional management to exist.

They selected and approved a tenant without ever discussing the applicant's credit with me. The credit profile was far below anything I would have accepted. As the owner, I should have been part of that decision, and I was never given the chance. The move-out inspection two years later documented the result: a garage full of trash, an abandoned refrigerator, appliances left filthy with food still inside, stained carpets, a broken front door lock, drywall damage, and failed patch-and-paint attempts that now require a full repaint. Second, unauthorized work. Between tenancies they repainted the living room without asking me first, on the theory that it would address a smoke odor. I was never consulted, the paint did not solve the problem, and I was left with the cost of a decision I had no say in. The pattern in both cases was the same: significant decisions about my property made without my involvement. I have since moved to another management company and the difference in communication has been immediate. I would not recommend them.

We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. She made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel smooth, peaceful, and manageable during a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly unmatched. Elizabeth Do is a gift, both in her work ethic and in her humanity. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Liz, you are truly the GOAT!
