He is professional and an expert in multiple fields from law, real estate, to construction. Even though his schedule is often packed, he will do what he can to make time for our staff/team as we learn how to sustain an aging property. He is patient with us and will get more than what's required of him done where we are limited - which is why the church is extremely grateful and appreciative of Ryan (although I know the church also has a much longer history and relationship with Ryan's father, Gerald). They were review offers that night. During escrow she was great at guiding us through each step and explaining things. She helped us communicate with the sellers and, calm them when we had to ask for some repairs, required by the VA. When it came time to sell this year, she helped guid us through the complicated balance, of selling. Especially because we were on the brink of a buyers market. When we finally found the right buyers, they were frustrating and gutsy. Escrow went over the allotted time, due to things out side of our controls.
