Not happy with the service and follow up with management one. They are billing me for bogus charges that shouldn't have been charged to my account! They don't listen and the follow up with the accounting department has been horrible. I've been waiting for over 3 weeks for an answer and they still can't provide me with one. I took a very long time finding a home, and making sure it was not a scam I was looking for a home through Zillow.com and I ran into a beautiful home and Kathy Arcayan was in charge of the applications. I called her and Txt it her and she responded right away. Kathy, gave me a call and made me feel really comfortable.
