He really goes out of his way to take care of the residents. This is a great park! My husband and I share a home with our son, his wife and 6yr. old daughter. If we absolutely need to park over night in a guest spot, it is fine. It's all about communication and being a good neighbor. And speaking of neighbors, they are really nice! Friendly but not too nosy. Everyone sort of keeps an eye out for each other. This is a family park but you wouldn't know it. The kids are all well behaved and considerate. Not rowdy, rude or noisy.
