He is professional and an expert in multiple fields from law, real estate, to construction. They were review offers that night. During escrow she was great at guiding us through each step and explaining things. She helped us communicate with the sellers and, calm them when we had to ask for some repairs, required by the VA. When it came time to sell this year, she helped guid us through the complicated balance, of selling. Especially because we were on the brink of a buyers market. When we finally found the right buyers, they were frustrating and gutsy. Escrow went over the allotted time, due to things out side of our controls. Beverly made sure we were compensated for the second extension. She was so patient and, continuously communicating with, the buyers agent and escrow.
