I was initially impressed by the promise of a full bathroom remodel in just three days. In hindsight, I should have asked myself whether I wanted the job done quickly or done correctly. Buyer beware. I believe we had to wait approximately three to four months for our installation after the initial consultation. And, as with most projects like this one, half of the payment is requested up front. From the time we ordered our products to the anticipated project schedule date, we heard nothing from Re-bath. I finally called to find out when we would be scheduled for our install, and they were able to add us to the calendar. Our installer, Steve, was courteous, professional, and respectful. He made us feel comfortable having him in our home. He was alone when most of their technicians have arrived in pairs. Unfortunately, most of our experience has been deeply disappointing. Their salesman made multiple false statements. He told us the tub would be non-slick. That's not true. He said a safety handle would be installed to grab when stepping inside. That wasn't true. He said our exhaust fan would have a sensor and automatically run when moisture was present. That definitely isn't true either. The siding for the shower did not look like what I thought I had picked out from the salesman's computer or his small samples. It was blue. I definitely don't recall choosing blue. It doesn't match the color of my bathroom. Either my order was not correct, or perhaps their samples are not large enough to give me a true representation of the final look. One of the biggest problems is the tub creaks loudly. Whoever takes the first shower of the morning wakes up everyone else in the house. Multiple service visits have not completely fixed the problem. There have been additional issues. Our exhaust fan drips. The tub spout has a stream during showers. The knob from the shower diverter came off. The floor cracks in one spot where there is a dip. One baseboard original to the house 30 years ago was missed and still hasn't been replaced despite the many opportunities during visits by technicians for the tub. In the months since July, Re-bath has been to our home multiple times to work on the tub. I have asked if we need a mortar bed, but they don't do those, and they do not feel support is the issue. Their last visit was Wednesday. It was a terrible service experience. I was told they were coming to completely take out the tub to find the creak and to work on the other issues. My husband arranged to be home to let the technicians in, then he left. He said they seemed frustrated with the work order because they didn't hear the creak when they stepped into the tub. That was unexpected, because it creaks with every shower we take, but I also didn't understand why they were diagnosing the creak instead of starting on the work. The creak isn't new. They've heard the sound before, and we had a plan in place (their plan). Long story short, they apparently left not long after my husband without doing any work at all. They didn't notify me when they left or to tell me they were not going to work on any of our issues. I came home late that evening to find an empty house with my doors standing wide open and no one home. A new service manager did call me concerning the poor service experience with an apology. He blamed everything on miscommunication. He expressed concern that removing the tub (their plan) may unintentionally make the creaking worse again. So...okay then, thank you for your honesty. Needless to say, that ends my trust with Re-bath. After months of rearranged schedules and unfulfilled promises, I feel like I need to hire another contractor to correct the issues. That will be another expense on top of this $16,000 remodel. Did I mention the tub feels like a rock when you sit in it? It has a higher back then slopes down, giving a hump. I didn't know that would be the case when we purchased it. It's not comfortable for those who want a good soak in my humble opinion. I can't recommend Re-bath for a tub. Maybe they do beautiful showers. And I wouldn't leave them alone at your house. Good luck. read more

I didn't use them because they have a certain protocol that apparently requires you to buy everything for the bathroom from them and I already had everything. Also I was told that my bathtub would have to be trashed and replaced with one that they sell. Also, I looked at the reviews online that I found from doing a search and I didn't find those encouraging. They may be okay if you want to put the whole thing in someone else's hands. We hired Re-Bath to update our bathroom. Initially when you pick out the flooring and cabinets and countertops it sometimes it's hard to envision what it's going to look like when it's done. Terry was the one who was here most. Always respectful always arrived when he said he was gonna be there. Very clean very respectful of our time and our mobility in the house. I'm in a powered wheelchair. So I needed to have the way cleared for me. The walk in shower is fabulous. Because I have arthritis and it was getting hard for me to go over the tub. And the walk in shower is just i'm wonderful. Again like I mentioned earlier. It's hard to envision the final product. When you're picking out little squares of material but trust your instincts. This company lies! That's the first thing you should know. I was promised a 3 day install. The main installation took 10 days. I was promised a window replacement at the time of install. They changed their contract without notice to me and decided to do a post install. It's now going on 3 months and I have to shower with a tash bag over my window as that's the, "best" option they could provide. The first day the installer came he asked how to turn around on my street. I told him to back up from the top of the road, 50 yards away. Instead he drove through my yard digging deep rutts and destroying my grass. He never apologized or even acknowledged it. During install my guy would promise to show up at 8am. He'd come in around noon, sit in his truck until 3,and do 2 hours of work then go home. I had to take off 8 days from my job, unplanned and unpaid, so this jackass could do a less than half a days work. I will never use Rebath again! read more

I will not recommend this company to anyone ever. I scheduled a stand up shower remodel only in Oct 2019 and they were paid half Nov. 1. It was supposed to be done in Feb. 2020. After I called them in March it was started. It has still not been completed and it is May 22, 2020. There have been many many phone calls to multiple people. The installation manager, the design consultant and the office with many many promises of return calls to set up appointments to come and complete this project and it is still not done. No one has been to my house since March 23. I have a long story to tell about the poor work they have done all the way around but I am limited to the number of characters that I can include. DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY TILE YOUR FLOORS. They totally lack expertise in tile work. The grout came up over and over again, exposing the subflooring to water damage and mold. Although they did come back multiple times (10!), they were not able to fix the problem. They remained clueless. My wife and I had Re-Bath of Roanoke do are shower over 4 years ago. It was one of the best investments we have done do our home. It was around a $15,000 remodel. It is absolutely gorgeous. We did white marble smooth in the shower and there 1 of a kind old world Tuscan wainscoting. We did it because when we bought the house it had a brand new home depot or Lowes fiber glass walk in shower there and the couple we bought the house from just remodel the bathroom 6 months before we bought it and that was over $20,000 they put into it. 4 years after we boutique the house the shower stall base cracked so we had Re-Bath put in a new custom walk in shower. We did a complete remodel except for the flooring. The only down side to it is it is so nice that all 4 of my kids stop using the tub upstairs and they all go through my bedroom every day to take a shower now. I can't speak highly enough about the salesman and there installers. I would and do recommend Re-Bath all the Time to my friends, Church family, and complete strangers. So if you are considering doing a bathroom remodeling there is Nobody in my opinion around Roanoke and All surrounding counties that are more professional, best and latest technology in materials and competitive pricing then Re-Bath. read more

contracted in February 2012 for 2 replacement sinks, bathroom floor tile, and a new soaker tub. I was informed by the salesman that Re-Bath of SWVa was seriously backed up on installs and it would be at least 3 months before my work could be done. Paid 50% down ($4,000) in FEBRUARY for work that didn't start until mid-June and still is not complete(October 2012) by any reasonable person's standards. It has been a comedy of errors, from the wrong floor tiles being ordered - to the correct tiles being ordered but not in sufficient quantity - to the soaker tub that was installed so crookedly that I can't even get a shampoo bottle to stay standing on the edge of the tub without falling over. They scheduled 3 days for the installation "just to be safe", but their lone installer was here about 10 days over the course of three months. Set up a meeting with owner NICK FALLETTA and sales rep at my house in late June to address performance issues. Received assurances that all would be well and the owner agreed to change out sink and tub faucets (which did not fit and sales rep should have known this and advised against during initial consult). This was pre-completion of tub install. We agreed to continue with install at that meeting. I paid the final $4,000 mid-August, after being pressed about the work being "substantially complete." Didn't want to jeopardize my credit rating, plus, they are so pathetically incompetent and had tied up so much of my spring and summer, I wanted them out. I've since had two independent contractors come in and assess Re-Bath's work - they have both been speechless at first, then have urged me to go back to NICK FALLETTA and insist the company return and correct their obvious install errors. Have been advised that the tub problem is not only cosmetic but also structural. I have since contacted Nick Falletta at Re-Bath and sent photos with the obvious defects clearly showing. (Would love to post photos with this review but don't see a way to do so). His latest response is that the TUB is probably defective and he has sent the photos to the tub manufacturer to await their judgment about what if anything to do. I'm not accepting Nick Falletta's attempt to pass the buck (after all, his folks elected to install a defective tub), and I am not going to let this go until and unless he honors his personal guarantee to me of 100% satisfaction with Re-bath of SWVA's install. In summary, this has been a stressful, disappointing, expensive, unprofessional, stressful, stressful, stressful, experience from the get-go. Has affected my health negatively.. Seriously, it has been that bad. After scrimping and scraping to save up for a major bathroom remodel for the sole purpose of increasing the sales value of our house, we have been provided an embarrassing and obviously flawed result that, if not remedied, will DECREASE its marketability. Ours was a difficult bathroom configuration as an add-on dormer bath in an older house. We saw the showroom and figured this was our best bet. Other companies could not offer what we were looking for, a shower not a walk-in bath. Re-Bath had showers so I was encouraged. The sales person came to our home and when I discussed the plan I had envisioned for the shower placement to give more space in the bathroom, I was told it wasn't possible but that putting a shower where the tub was and shortening the length and width of the half wall would be possible. We signed the contract and left a deposit. We were told it would be scheduled some time in September. The installer came out in November and went over the plans which were NOT even close to what was promised. Poor man! He was caught in the middle between the company and the customer! Resolution was to go with a shower in the configuration I had originally suggested and move the plumbing to reach the new shower and drain. This took additional time to order the shower pan and the work began in earnest on Dec 1. Jerry, who had done an overlay tub installation with another company for the downstairs bath, was also the installer for Re-Bath. He arrived and set to work and had the plumbing reconfigured and the shower framed and the shower pan installed. The next day he arrived on time and finished installing the shower with two shower heads, the shower bench and the corner shelf unit. It's ABSOLUTELY beautiful! We're letting the caulk dry completely before using the shower. The bathroom is now much more functional. I would recommend to Re-Bath that they improve their communications with the customer a) by LISTENING to what the customer wants, b) checking with the installer to be sure what they're selling is something that will actually work and c) keep the customer in the loop of scheduling installation arrival times. Other than that, the installer, Jerry is magnificent and his work is superior. He's a personable professional who quickly assessed the situation and came up with a workable solution which, it happens, was my original design I was told "wouldn't work" I give Jerry a 5-Star Rating and Re-Bath of Central VA a 2-Star rating for their customer service. read more
