Well let me just tell you, Ross and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Everything from start to finish was seamless and SO easy. The prices were extremely reasonable and the quote includes installation and drilling holes for the sink and faucet systems. The process took less than a week from getting the quote to installation. Ross is extremely responsive and has an open line of communication. His team showed up right on time, actually a little bit early and didn't leave any mess behind which was nice. Celina ALWAYS returned my calls within a very reasonable time period, usually same day. I am not a designer so I needed help with colors and I had to make sure that what I chose would look good with what I was keeping from the old kitchen. Celina steered me in the right direction without being overbearing. Mistakes? No one is perfect, but the sign of an excellent contractor is how they handle mistakes. I picked a wrong sized sink. No problem! I returned it, and got help finding the correct sized sink. No problems getting a full refund on the spot. I've dealt with contractors in the recent past who would not do this. But not here. Celina wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy with the job they did. I am. Next project, my master bath. At least I don't have to look for the right people to help me with that!

I needed a small remodel job for one room and 2 baths, talked to Cransten…read more and thought they should be a good choice, Big mistake. told it should take a week to a week and a half. the job called for taking out built in bookcases and cabinetry in one wall, take out paneling put up drywall, install vanity and new top and sink in bath a, and then new counter top and sink in bath b. Job started, In at 9 and leave at 11, in at 10 leave at 2, no show 2days. At the end of the 10th work day (Uri) and 33 hrs. on job I called super for help (Omar). After the 13th day I gave up on the idea of bath b and I called the main office for help (Bryan & Christina) and asked please come out and just look at the job being done here and tell me if this is the quality of work you represent. Omar finally came out and said I can't believe this and this will have to be redone. They were having trouble scheduling and we had our spring vacation coming up so we gave them the keys to the house and said we will be back on this day it's all yours. Returned home Sunday afternoon at 4 (one week on vaca and 6 weeks after job start) and Troy is loading up his tools. The main room is 90% and at this point I'm happy with that but I walked into the bath and nothing had been done there to finish, the same as (Uri) left it, missing base board molding, unfinished drywall. If you have anything beyond 1 man, one day, patch and repair stay away. Poor supervision, poor follow up.
