The two guys that arrived were very friendly and efficient - Angelo and I forgot the other's name. They worked very hard. There were a couple hiccups: There were supposed to be 3 movers but one did not show up. We were only charged for the 2 movers. Unfortunately, one piece of furniture was dropped and broken while going down the stairs. The mover was very apologetic and Karl reimbursed some of the cost.

Check needed to be in my hands on Saturday and something came up so I couldn't drive the two hours to get it in rush hour. Called around to a few courier services and the price to pick up the check was astronomical some even said they wouldn't be able to do it until Monday. Spoke with Reliable Courier service guys and they gave me fair price to pick up the check. Long story short -- check was picked up at 630pm and delivered to my associates house in Glendale before 9pm. I then picked it up Saturday morning. This morning she looked at her bank statement and they had charged her $100.00 for the delivery. And to make matters worse, they said that if there was no one to help load and unload they would charge $163.00 to deliver it. After talking to the store manager where she bought the furniture, he told me that one of the employees helped load it. And when he got to our house, I helped him unload it, even though I have 4 repurtured discs. This shit hole just rips people off.
