James contacted me in a timely manner to make an appointment. He worked around my schedule to meet me and give me a solution and an estimate. He listened to my description of basement problem and gave me the specifications to the system they would install. I'll share with you that from the beginning of the install thru completion and clean up they were awesome. He introduced his crew who were all super professional. I was so relieved to have the job done.The cost was very reasonable considering I have a finished basement. And the results are wonderful! I can't believe how dry my basement is now. They gave us back our living space. My wife and I are completely satisfied and highly recommend ALL-WAYS DRY MID MICHIGAN It's been approximately 10 months since installed internal drain system and sump works great. Does exactly what it supposed to. I've been able to complete the work to get my basement back to its finished state.
