We moved our schedules around (on a work day) and we kept the time open. It's now the day after and still no communication. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place because of this experience.....at this time.... However... I was actually communicating with their AI. It did not seem like it. James called me up the same day, apologized, and explained the issue with their messaging system. He offered to make things right. We decided to give his services a try, seeing the many positive reviews he has received. The Update: Second chances are very powerful. This company used that opportunity to correct the mistakes and they did so with flying colors. Companies are truly run by people and this company has proven just that. In spite of the technological glitch, the company seems to thrive all these years by virtue of discipline, decency, respect and hard work. James came by the house and assessed the situation & explained & performed the necessary treatments with such professionalism. They showed up at exactly the time they said they would, they have follow up text messages and phone reminders of your appointments. Onsite, they explain everything, especially setting expectations. At this point, I'm highly recommending this company and the people who work behind it. Their pricing is fair, their attention to detail is bar none and their respect for every customer stands out. James is such a joy to work with! Thank you guys for being in business. Hoping that the gophers stay away for good. Wishful thinking at this point.

Customer service with Will is never an issue. It's easy to schedule. If I need another service they can accommodate. We have had many sales people at our door. From beginning to end they were professional, super helpful and were the first to call me . Juan the owner and another tech came to my home and conducted the free inspection, examining the inside and outside home for entry points . I like how he didn't try to upsell and gave me a very competitive price and encouraged me to call other companies for estimates . I decided on Crest because they gave me an awesome all inclusive price for the sanitation , removal, traps and infestation treatment both inside and outside the home. Juan is highly knowledgeable with his experience in this industry and was mindful to wear booties in the home and was kind enough to install my ac filter where I heard the mice . I was so impressed I signed up for their monthly preventive service!!! Call Crest First! You won't have to call anyone else for your bug and rodent needs!

We've got over an acre of land and I was impressed at how thorough he was with his craft. While he was here, I began picking his brain about rodent proofing the house and garage. He went over everything their team does and they offered me a reasonable price. Fast forward to today, Jay and Diego arrived first thing in the morning to shore up my home. Today it's only about 105 degrees and these young men got STRAIGHT to work. They started on the roof and made their way all the way down inside the crawl space beneath my home. They sealed every single little thing UP! If there are critters, they are about to be evicted! The guys also set traps and will check those on a weekly basis. They also secured my garage and even did a few things they thought would be helpful for the neighboring shed that is adjacent to my garage. They were very respectful of my home and didn't try to "sell" anything additional. Communication, document signing and payment is seamless. Jay and Diego kept me informed about what was being done and timelines. I am a young widow with small kids. I am very careful about who I allow in my home and I can assure you that this team is trustworthy. The guys truly went above and beyond as I wasn't exactly ready for them to work. They had to remove dirt and loaded it in the wheelbarrow and relocated it. They even did a couple things inside my home that I simply was unable to do. Really pleased with the duo sent to me and so far the work is very professional and surgically executed.
