Zack and his team did an excellent job applying a UV reflective coating to our riveted metal patio and sunroom roof--definitely not an easy project. They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I'm so glad I stuck with this product--it truly works! I was so happy with their work that I ended up using them again for my business--this time for the undercarriage of the corrugated roof and walls in my sunroom spa. They painted it mint, and it looks amazing--such a clean, fresh look! His pricing was fair and affordable, and the quality of work speaks for itself. My husband even said, "Why didn't we do this sooner?"--he's just as happy with the outcome as I am. I highly recommend ZPro Painting if you're looking for quality work, honest service, and real results--especially for metal roofing projects!

I'm looking forward to using them again for future painting projects! Chad did a great job of determining what needed to be done to address peeling paint on wood siding that had been painted without primer about 2 years ago, before we bought the flipped house. He clearly explained his findings and plan, and knowledgeably debunked some "issues" on the stucco parts of the house that had previously been pushed by a hard-sell salesperson from another company. The price was competitive and the bid was received promptly, unlike other companies that I'd asked to bid on the job. Tony and Geraldo were super nice and did a fantastic job with the surface preparation, priming and painting. As part of the preparation, the crew seamlessly fixed some significant cosmetic issues with the wood siding that had been caused by poor materials and workmanship during the house flip. The paint colors matched the existing paints perfectly. Everything was left completely clean.

Given the sudden storm I expected the work to take significantly longer, but they made up for lost time without sacrificing quality. When my 24-year-old rental property needed a full exterior repaint due to an HOA color scheme update, I took my time finding the right team. I spent a couple of weeks researching recommended painters through my brokerage network and Yelp. I narrowed it down to four contractors for in-person estimates, carefully evaluating ratings, review volume, project timelines, and line-by-line bid breakdowns to ensure a true apples-to-apples comparison. I even paid close attention to critical feedback across reviews to gauge potential risks. Stubbins Painting immediately set themselves apart. Beyond their stellar metrics, they asked thoughtful, detailed questions during our initial walkthrough and offered fantastic suggestions to make the house look its best. Once scheduled, the execution was flawless. They arrived right on time and took extreme care in prepping the site and protecting the surroundings. Gabriel and Rene were absolute professionals throughout the process--keeping me updated via text on timing, options, and progress. Their attention to detail was second to none. This was a complex job on a large house with a 3-car garage, four exterior doors, numerous windows and shutters, and more architectural pop-outs than I can count. Yet every line was crisp, and the finish was immaculate. During our final walkthrough, they told me, "We aren't leaving until you are 100% satisfied." I couldn't be happier with the results. Stubbins Painting is now my official go-to contractor for my own properties, and they will be my top recommendation for all of my real estate clients moving forward.
